Suburban area. Totally Bland. Hotel fills the bill.

My room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated that the lower portion of my window could be slid open for fresh air, as I didn’t need the heat or A/C. The buffet breakfast was well/stocked.

L'hôtel est bien située. Toutefois, je modifierais les choix lors du déjeuner. Est-ce qu'il serait possible d'avoir une option santé ou du sirop d'érable svp?

Comfortable beds, ample Parking and friendly staff

Loved the pool, sauna and hot tub amenities. But wish there were towels in the bathing areas. Clean, loved the breakfast buffet, and staff were pleasant

Chambre propre, mais une mauvaise odeur (d'humidité) se degageait du rideau de douche. L'eau prenait du temps à s'écouler du bain. Personnel courtois et serviable. Déjeuner correct. Dommage que la salle à manger ne soit pas assez grande. Il y a eu un peu d'attente le matin pour y accéder et le personnel de la salle à manger semblait débordé. Grand stationnement accessible et emplacement intéressant pour ceux qui vont au Costco ou au Ikea.

La chambre était correcte, mais l'expérience déjeuner décevante.

Fridge stopped working during the night, lost all our food freshly purchased before the check in. The room what so old we could not tell if it was dirty or old or both. We did not mind until we lost the food meant for a kid who cannot eat out and have been waiting for 3 months for the hotel’s response to our email. Very bad management.

This hotel seems to have been renovated recently. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are great. Bathroom is clean and well stocked. Desk staff was very good and helpful. Plus a12 noon check out time is a real bonus! I will definitely book again!

Belle place tranquille. Piscine très bien entretenu, bain à remous fonctionnel. Les chambre sont impeccable et très propre. J’ai adoré le séjour. Personnel poli et bien informé les inclusions dans le service. J’y retournerai sans problème.
