The airport shuttle was very convenient to have. There are two restaurants, a nail spa and a salon on the premises - convenient too.

Great hotel for kids. The swimming pool was very fun for the whole family.

Hotel was nothing special and was subpar, the one of the sliding closet doors wasn’t attached. The staff were super friendly especially in the restaurant. We did book the hotel for the pool which exceeded our expectations. Our toddlers had a great time in the separate toddler area. Would book again.

Members of our family had allergic reactions to something in the air (unsure if caused by aircon vents, carpet or mold?) The smell in the room was overwhelming bad, so we kept the window open majority of the time, which didn't help maintain the coolness of the room. Refrigerator did not keep our food/drinks cold. The children did enjoy the water park & we appreciated their organization in preventing overcrowding. The buffet breakfast & service were very good. Check-in & out process was convenient. Location is also good for nearby food, shopping & airport. It's fine for a 1 night stay, but cleanliness should be improved upon.

The best part was the pool and location to the airport. Beds were less desirable

Rooms were clean. Hotel pool was a highlight for the kids. Great spot!

Good place to stay with family .

We stayed two nights in a pool side room and it was a nice perk not to have to adhere to the waterpark booking rule: poolside rooms come with unlimited pool access so we came and went as we pleased. The breakfast buffet for families was very reasonably priced with good service and selection. The real detractors were the air conditioning unit and how loud the pool was until closing time at 10pm. That was somewhat expected but the air conditioner was outrageously loud and in dire need of maintenance. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay, though the price was high. Not sure the pool side room was worth the noise overall.

The room was lovely with lots of towels etc and lovely toiletries. Plenty of coffee. Staff on arrival were pleasant and helpful. Helpful with ordering Taxis etc. The evening meal I had in the restaurant was very good on my first evening.Staff friendly and informative about the Calgary parade. I didn’t eat in it on the second night. I wasn’t happy with not having a safe in my room . When I inquired at the front desk about a safe there they no longer had a safe deposit area. This need to be addressed for tourists. Means extra responsibility of having to carry passports etc around the whole time. They need to update their website. Any hotels I’ve stayed in Europe and In New York all had Safes in the room. The hot buffet breakfast was cold both days which was extremely disappointing. When I was paying for it. It must be normal for the buffet to be cold as she wasn’t surprised by my comments. I mentioned it in the restaurant and they reduced the price. Plenty of food options for continental. Unfortunately I ended up being bitten by bed bugs which rather spoilt my stay.

Beautiful rooms and a great pool

Great spot for a youth team stay. Breakfast buffet was good. Pool and waterslides were lots of fun. Comfy quiet rooms.

Great waterslides for some pre-vacation fun and close to the airport.

Great hotel. Amazing pool and slides. The hour time slots was a disappointment for the kids but I get why they have to do that due to capacity issues. The location is perfect.

Great stay

The waterslides were a hit with the kids and seemed to be the main reason people stayed here. That is not to say the rest of the amenities and room were not great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The pool and waterslides were fantastic. The pool side room and the AC in the room…not so much. The AC was loud and wouldn’t shut off. And being poolside meant the room was really loud too. But if you’re traveling with kids you should definitely stay here.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was so kind and helpful. The waterpark is amazing, but there is also a quieter second pool and hot tub we enjoyed just as much.

My kids ages 4,7 and 8 loved it so much. The pool area with the slides were so perfect for them. One of them said at one point that it was the “best day of his life”. The rooms could use some updating but the pool area and friendly staff more than made up for it

Everything about this hotel was excellent! The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great, the rooms were clean, and the food was very good. The pool and waterslide were a big hit. I also appreciated how they scheduled one-hour time slots for the pool and waterslide, which allowed everyone to enjoy the facilities without them becoming overcrowded. It was a thoughtful way to accommodate all of the guests.
