The airport shuttle was very convenient to have. There are two restaurants, a nail spa and a salon on the premises - convenient too.

Staff courteous, super clean rooms, easy check in

Booked this hotel for the waterpark. When we arrived we were notified at check in that all of the time slots for the pool were gone and that we could go from 7-8pm or 8-9pm. I booked the 7-8 slot and we arrived at the pool at 6:50. They had an employee at the door policing room numbers and time slots, I was denied entry. Go back at 7:00pm, kids had a great time, slides were a hit, hot tub was nice. 8pm comes around and the two employees start blowing whistles and literally kicking people out. I was sitting in the hot tub while my son was still on the slide, the one employee came up to me and berated me to get out of the pool. Final straw was when me and my children were walking out, one individual screamed at us that we can’t take towels out of the pool. I’m staying on the 6 floor and across the hotel, and after being kicked out of the pool, I’m now also expected to walk through the hotel half naked and soaking wet. All in all a terrible experience. Stayed at the Sheraton Cavalier five minutes down the road which also had two water slides and it was fantastic. No time slots, nobody kicking you out, and no issues taking towels back to the room.

The water slide area was blowing cold air from the vents and the pool water and hot tub were cold.

We stayed in the family room very spacious beds were super comfortable. It’s our new favourite spot when having a layover in Calgary.

The heater was too loud, you can hear a lot of the planes noise. We arrived 9:30 pm and the Pool was already closed, the carpeta of the room needs a deep cleaning.

Always top notch, great for families with young kids.
