Piscina y comida sin gluten muy bien porque las piezas sucias y con arañas pero en general lo demás bien

Excelente Hotel en todos los aspectos

L’hôtel est un mythe alors on lui pardonne (presque) tout. Mais la première chambre que j’ai reçue était non seulement ridiculement petite, elle était aussi horriblement chaude ( sous les toits ) et impossible de dormir. Le réceptionniste a tout fait pour me faire payer le double en me présentant des chambres d’une autre catégorie ce que j’ai refusé . Le lendemain j’ai pu avoir une chambre un peu plus grande et un étage en dessous. Rien de génial mais acceptable . L’hôtel a beaucoup d’allure . Il attire malheureusement beaucoup de curieux ce qui lui donne parfois un aspect un peu hall de gare .

A wonderfully polished and upscale hotel with amazing views, picturesque and close to all the activities one could wish for in Patagonia. The Moreno wing is definitely the one to stay at given it is more modern. The gym, the spa and the daily activities were great complements for a fully relaxed yet active vacation in this amazingly beautiful part of Argentina.

This was a very well run resort and we would enjoy returning in the future.

El lugar del hotel y su construcción es excepcional así como la vista al rededor. Cometieron un grave error y es que la alberca estaba fuera de servicio hecho que no fue informado ni por el hotel ni por Hoteles antes, si escribieron para informar que había un resort fee pero no se tomaron el mismo tiempo para informar esto relevante, ni tampoco fueron tan diligentes como lo exige la categoría del hotel para ofrecer solución, solo en el último minuto después de varios intentos llegó Victoria y amablemente nos ayudó a dar una solución aceptable.

Great room, staff, breakfast

Sim o hotel é Excelente. Tive uma experiência um pouco desagradável em duas situações. Estava de carro e NUNCA o portão de entrada e saída funcionou com o cartão que me deram. E outra, me colocaram em um quarto que no corredor de acesso ao quarto, Havia escadas e eu estava com duas malas grandes

O local em que está situado o hotel é impecável. A experiência é realmente cinco estrelas. O quarto tinha uma vista incrível para as montanhas. Piscina maravilhosa e café espetacular

Extraordinary facility. Good service and meals — breathless panoramic views.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Period. Yes, the rooms feel a bit outdated, shower as well, but the hotel has its unique old school luxury vibe. We really enjoyed the heated pool (outdoor + indoor), with a breathtaking view to the lake and the mountains. The hotel is far from the city center (45 mins), but you get unparalleled silence. Breakfast was incredible, all fresh, fantastic attentive service and amazing quality. Our SPA treatment was also one of the best we got, really, really good. Really good. Staff was welcoming and always with a smile. We also enjoyed a dinner at the Argentinian restaurant which was very good, even though a bit pricey. Would 100% recommend and hope to return here someday.

O hotel é um espetáculo , de tirar o fôlego . Tudo é lindo , a localização e vista nem se fala . Apenas observações : 1. Precisam melhorar A e B do hotel 2. Quartos std bastante antigos De resto , fantástico

Es un lugar hermoso con vistas de las montañas y el lago increíbles! Lo mejor que después de nuestro check out pudimos seguir haciendo uso de las instalaciones y áreas comunes como spa y albercas!
