A lovely, gem of a hotel in touching distance of all the sites in Seville. Our check in experience was wonderful and included some suggestions for our time there. Our room was as expected - clean, tidy and perfect for the 2 nights we spent there. The pool area is really good, and we really enjoyed relaxing there at the end of long, hot days. The staff running this area were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is well laid out and of a high quality. However, you will be requested to leave the breakfast area at exactly 10:30. We were told we could grab another coffee and sit in another area, but by the time we got to the coffee machine it was already shut down to be cleaned. This is the only reason for a 4* rather than 5* review - so it would not stop me staying again, and on day 2 we just went to breakfast a little earlier so we could enjoy a relaxed breakfast.

Hotel Fernando III was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! My family and I stayed here in June, and every part of our experience exceeded expectations. We requested rooms near each other, and the hotel kindly arranged two connecting rooms, which gave our family the perfect setup. The hotel is beautiful, classy, and welcoming from the moment you walk in with fresh flowers and a warm, polished atmosphere. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL: friendly, engaging, and genuinely committed to making our stay wonderful. The rooms were bright, modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is near all of the restaurants and sights you want to reach in Old Town. They also arranged a taxi to the airport. So helpful! The rooftop large pool and bar were a highlight with plenty of loungers and shaded seating, plus spectacular views of Sevilla while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL, with everything from fresh fruit and breads to meats, cheeses, pancakes, and the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had! EVER!!! This hotel truly went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Hotel Fernando III and would absolutely stay here again! We LOVED it!!!

Lovely hotel in great location. 10 mins walk to all attractions. Lovely room with balcony. Spacious and good bathroom. Pool area was very busy so hard to get a lounger on a hot 37 degree day and lots of people in the pool. Valet parking was brilliant but watch your google maps carefully as if you don’t get it the first time it will redirect you down much smaller alleys.

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner complet avec du choix. Personnel à l écoute et serviable. Piscine et terrasse agréables et bien entretenues. Le seul point négatif de notre séjour a été le manque d isolation général (bruit des douches voisines, ronflements, bruits de couloir, lumière du couloir qui passe sous la porte). Le manque d isolation a été accentué par l emplacement de la chambre au même étage que l accès à la piscine et au restaurant (bruyant jusqu’à environ minuit/ 1h du matin). Il faudrait peut être installer un tapis à l’entrée du couloir car les gens ne savent pas descendre la marche de la porte fenêtre sans claquer leurs chaussures et peut être aussi rajouter un panneau pour rappeler qu à partir d’une certaine heure on ne crie pas dans les couloirs.

Great location! Staff members are all very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and, hotel is well maintained. Rooftop pool is wonderful! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Seville.

It’s dated, but well located. There are better hotels in the city I’d say. Rooms are small, pool and rooftop bar lacked ambiance.

Great Location, lovely staff. Very well looked after, rooms were clean and nice. Outdoor rooftop pool and bar was very spacious and lots of areas to sunbathe.

The property was clean and the staff at breakfast were very polite and Helpful. Front was very helpful and loaned a charger for my stay. Good location and food was good. If you could add a pasta dish for bar food that would be good. Updating needed in lounge area and lifts. Excellent place to stay.

So lovely to be able to go back to the hotel in the afternoon and have a dip in the pool and cool off after being out in the heat and visiting the great sites! Really loved this hotel.

Konumu çok iyi. Temizlik iyi. Odada çok ağır bir boya kokusu vardı. Sanırım yeni boyanmış odayı vermişler. 3 gün çıkmadı kokusu. Prizlerde sorun vardı. Bazen çalışmıyordu. Lavabonun orada sabunu koyacak yer yoktu. Girişte otel çok güzel görünüyor. Ancak görüntü ve ödenen parayla kıyaslanınca kalite ortalama.

Excellent in all ways. We attended for a wedding and cannot be faulted. Ex cellent staff, rooms, hospitality, pool, pool service and views. Highly recommend.

Das Zimmer ist sauber aber hat im Bad wenig Abstellfläche. Das Bad an sich ist gross. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Dachterrasse mit einem Essbereich und separatem Poolbereich. Der Pool hat eine gute Grösse und es gibt viele Liegen. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist direkt in der Altstadt und den schönen Gassen mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstück war super, uns fehlte nichts. Das Personal an der Poolbar war teilweise etwas unaufmerksam und wirkte lustlos, aber nicht alle. Darüber konnten wir aber hinwegsehen.

Climatisation efficace mais bruyante. Porte fenêtre étroite sans vue extérieure car donne sur un espace fermé entre 4 murs et bien qu'en regardant dans les airs on voit le ciel ce n'est pas vraiment un extérieur. Literie confortable. Grande penderie, grand coffret de sûreté.

Food and hotel room were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool felt inaccessible as sunbeds were being hogged all day long by certain guests making use of the actual pool difficult. Signposting for the gym could also be better.
