Sehr schönes und riesiges Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Toll angerichtet, sehr lecker und vielseitig. Leider sind die Zimmer zur Straße extrem laut, daher war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Der Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer konnte nicht erfüllt werden.

We had to wait over one hour for our room to get cleaned, but otherwise the room was very comfortable and quiet.

Una habitación súper obscura muy antigua

Prisvärt. Vi valde Hotellet för läget, som låg nära en Japansk Guide Michelin restaurang som vi bokat. Hotellet lite slitet och tråkigt. Fantastisk bra personal. Hade gjort ett fel när jag betalade min parkering utanför Hotellet vilket gjorde att jag fick en parkeringsbot. Hotellet fick pengar av mig och betalade den till mig. Tack för mycket bra service och kundbemötande.

I usually book NH Hotels because of the quality and service but this hotel was not a 4 star. The lobby staff were very unfriendly. The room smelled of cigarettes, rooms were outdated and small. We didn‘t even have free bottle of water in the rooms. The breakfast was amazing though, alot of choices, the server was very tentative and friendly. And the parking was full so we had to park across the street which cost around 18€ a day.

Just enjoyed the stay. Staff very friendly

Noise from night clubs along road was disruptive and carried on until 06:00 in the morning. Police were present and clubbers used our parked car as a seat (fortunately no damage)

Bien,en línea con NH,de echa en falta un ascensor más moderno y que no haya piscina y gimnasio.

Convenient and good location. However, if you pay for a room with a terrace, I think one should get at least some terrace furniture, eg chair and table!

La posizione e la colazione

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Jerez old town. Okay for one night stay if you want to hit all the main attractions in Jerez.

Room had overwhelming smoke smell. Pillows , blankets also and made a terrible sleeping condition. We asked to change room and were told hotel was full.

Stayed two nights for tourist visit to Jerez. Good location for equestrian show/school. We found limited dining options in the evening and at the time of our stay the hotel restaurant was closed. We also didn’t partake in the breakfast buffet, or the hotel parking as we felt both were not good value. Found breakfast and parking options nearby. On a positive note, the room was comfortable and clean, and the in-room safe was repaired promptly.
