Two years ago, I stayed in Andorra and had a great experience. This time, I returned to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday and booked a hotel in the city center, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. At check-in, we were told that parking costs 30 euros per night, despite it being listed in the reservation. We also arranged a birthday cake and were told it would be provided free of charge. Problems started immediately. The elevator was covered in cardboard and became increasingly dirty with dust and construction debris. Every morning we were woken up by construction noise. In the room, the hair dryer stopped working after 30 seconds but was replaced the same day—however, the staff showed no apology or understanding. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, basic items were missing, and the bed linens were not arranged correctly. Housekeeping was inflexible with cleaning times. The internet did not work at all, even after we reported it twice. The biggest disappointment was the birthday cake. It was promised in the morning, but no one came. We waited until 4 p.m., went out, and only received it at 10 p.m., which was far too late and poorly organized. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work, making the room uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. For the price we paid, the service was far below expectations. In my opinion, this hotel deserves no more than 2 stars, and I would not recommend it.

Quarto muito bom, localização perfeita, café da manhã extraordinário. Único senão é que fiquei nos quartos da coluna 207 & 208, onde o duplicador da internet não alcança.

Internet Wi-Fi péssima. Café da manhã excelente. Cama boa, quarto espaçoso, acústica deixa a desejar…. Localização excelente, estacionamento muito caro.

La habitación muy buena, el personal muy bien. Lo único y que en 2025 siga de esta manera es que el wifi era muy muy malo, me oarece un servicio escencial que sea de calidad hoy en día. No hay excusas.

Ilmastointi oli melko vaatimaton. Huoneessa oli lämmintä tullessamme noin 28 ja viilennys toimi huoneessamme ainostaan ikkunan avaamalla. Käytävästä tuli äänet melko voimakkaasti huoneeseen. Muuten erittäin mainio hotelli.

Hotel correcto. Nos hicieron upgrade a una habitación más grande.

Ha superado mis expectativas, las habitaciones muy amplias, ideal para familias. Dos baños completos, cama extra grande y literas. Todo en perfecto estado, limpio y moderno. El personal de recepción y restaurante muy atento y amable. En nuestro caso fue media pensión. La cena fue a la carta y aunque la comida estaba muy buena,los platos no son muy adecuados a niños. El desayuno buffet,correcto y completo

Property was we situated in an area that was easy walkable to shopping and restaurants. Clean and nice staff. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection. A/C was not working very well, reported situation twice but even with repair not very cool. Center of hotel is completely open so you can see from the lobby to the top floor, this also means the sound is free to travel....at times it felt like the people in the lobby were in our room. Parking garage is fine for small cars. We had to switch to an outdoor lot to better accommodate our rental vehicle size.
