The room is a bit run down. Notably the broken closet door and the sloped bed. It was an interior room facing the atrium, so it was crazy hot, but the air conditioning was incredibly loud, so you had to choose which problem to live with. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either.

Great pool area for the kids, a hidden gem in the Okanagan. As it is a very family centric hotel, it would be nice if there was an arcade or games area for the kids after the pool but overall still a great staycation.

They downgraded our room and the heat didn’t work in our room.

Staff was great age allowed us to check in early. They went above and beyond to confirm the room was clean. The pool was great. Would be better if the towels were slightly larger. A robe in the room to get to the pool would be nice as well or able to bring the towels back to the rooms. Overall a great stay for my sister and I when we visited to have a nice dinner and watch a ballet.

No coffee cups and closet door was broken. Otherwise room was clean good quality bedding and linens

Room was clean and spacious. The staff very friendly and the check in process was quick and smooth. Would definitely stay here again :)

Balcony looked down into the atrium, overlooking the pool and hot tub. Kind and courteous staff.

The bed was comfy, the room was fine except that there is venting running through it. The room was incredibly hot andnoisy from the motor. Turkkng the air conditioning on helped a bit, but made it even noisoer.hot

Staff was very courteous and room was clean.

Room was clean, nice view out of the interior room. Beds comfortable. Downside was the restaurant apparently was understaffed and we were told a 30-45 min wait on breakfast. Coffee bar in the lobby closes at 8:00am so we couldn’t even get a cup of coffee.

Everything was fantastic. We stayed 3 nights, some youth sports teams stayed at this time too. Very noisy when they were playing in the pool etc. But the hotel itself is a hidden gem!
