Excellent breakfast buffet

Staff was amazing, accommodating

Breakfast was wonderful, many options and very reasonable. All the staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and we slept great there.

Be prepared for a small but comfortable room. We made reservations for the rooftop restaurant, food was amazing. We got an older man as a server and he was very rude. Got our order and never came back for refills or touch our table. When he did come back we asked for bread while we waited and he never brought anything. He seemed bothered because they were about to close and we kept asking for things. Other than that, lobby staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to Trevy Fountain. It is also super close to the train station, and a bike/scooter ride away from the Coliseum. Definitely recommend!

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had, and it was complimentary. Mini bar was also complimentary, and stocked with a couple beers, a small bottle of prosecco, and some house sodas. Spa was nice enough, and discounted entry for guests. No complaints at all

The hotel was beautiful as well as the room. Everything super clean. Breakfast was espectacular. They have a rooftop with a nice restaurant. It’s located in a very safe and walkable area. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever. Two pairs of my Gucci footwear brand new black heels and brown shoes — were stolen from my room. The hotel showed no accountability and failed to help. When I asked to check CCTV, they refused and told me to get a police report first. The police station was closed and we had a flight the next day, so it wasn’t possible. Very disappointing and stressful. Would not recommend.

Overall, excellent stay. We asked for an iron that never appeared. Lobby ladies toilet wasn’t very clean.

The good reviews are true. Hotel Artemide is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Rome. A few highlights - Sebastian at the front desk was amazing and helped us with a room upgrade The hotel has a daily breakfast buffet that is above and beyond. Wonderful food selection but made even better by their fun, outgoing and helpful staff that get to know you personally and are so kind They have a spa and it’s quite wonderful. We did a 150 min spa treatment that included massage and facials as well as time to soak in the jacuzzi, sweat in the sauna and relax with a tea before enjoying our massage The housekeeping are friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in your room is stocked daily, free of charge. Amazing! They have a lovely rooftop bar, where you get a voucher to visit when you check in We highly recommend the Hotel Artemide for your vacation in Rome!

Our first time saying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the service is exceptional. Room was lovely and despite the hotel being on a busy street we didn’t hear any outside noise. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were excellent. The location is also great, within walking distance of most of the main tourist attractions and the reception were also happy to arrange a taxi if necessary. We were celebrating my daughter’s 40th birthday and the staff made it extra special so thank you. Would highly recommend.

The staff is top 1! The location is with no hesitation excellent, my only reservation is because I don’t think is fully family friendly, our daughter couldn’t access to the pool because is rated +16 years old
