Overall great experience

Todo estuvo muy bien y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. Pero como todos los hoteles en Europa es muy chico. Si quieres un masaje en el spa debes de apartar con tiempo. El servicio y almuerzo fue espectacular.

O frigobar liberado é um excelente diferencial e torna a estadia ainda mais agradável. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com grande variedade e tudo muito bem preparado. O atendimento também merece destaque: todos os funcionários, desde a recepção até a equipe do café da manhã, são extremamente gentis, atenciosos e prestativos. Foi uma experiência impecável. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo a todos!

We loved it! It was my son’s birthday and they prepared a fruit tart for him and lit a candle to the Tantiaguri! ❤️❤️❤️

I only wish the room was a bit bigger but I understand it's Europe and hotel rooms are generally tiny. We had 3 large suitcases and there was barely any room to move or sit without bumping into something or each other. Even the bathroom/shower area is incredibly small. Everything else was great. Great spa with a free voucher for the first visit. Free welcome drinks at the rooftop restaurant. Free minibar in the room with drinks and snacks. Great location.

Lack of spa use

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located to some of the major sites. One feature that I loved was the mini bar being included with no extra fees for drinks/snacks. Ambrosia, the rooftop restaurant was nice as well. Love the views. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our two night stay.
