No elevator service! Forced to wait quite a long time for dirty freight service elevators. For the price, we were really not impressed with this hotel. Breakfast was incredibly expensive for nothing special. I had my coffee and muffin outside of hotel. Incredibly noisy. Kids everywhere screaming, running around. $10 for bottle of water. $4 for Reese chocolate snack? We should have free access to bottle water in the room. Or at least, make the water affordable!

Busy hotel One elevator was working But good enough for one night

Hotel is beautiful. Staff was great. The only bummer was that none of the elevators worked. We had to use the service elevator and as busy as it was I found myself walking up flights of stairs instead of waiting for a while.

The hotel is run down. Only one elevator and one service elevator works. The service elevator area is disgusting and needs major repairs and updating. The prices at the restaurant and bar are astronomical, even for Long Island. The location is good.

The property look nice on the outside, but furniture in lobby was stained and dirty. the elevators did not work ( nightmare). In the hallway leading to my room, white sticky tape hanging down from the ceiling.

Hotel had 8 weddings and only one elevator worked. Pool was closed by board of health for a few hours. Used makeup pads on the floor. Fire alarm went off at 1a. No hotel staff to manage or communicate the evacuation or return to the hotel.

It was a quick stay but very quick and easy check in, room was ready immediately and everything was clean.

Disappointed in the condition of a Hyatt. It was very dated and not comfortable beds. The bathroom needs a lot of updating. Work was being done on our floor.

The staff is friendly and helpful, couldn’t be nicer. The room was very clean and quiet (we were on 10th floor so nobody above us). The breakfast buffet was good ($28) a little high but convenient and I would do that again for sure. The dinner menu looked great, wish I would’ve stayed and eaten there rather than go out. As for facility, only one of 3 elevators were available so always a wait to get up to or down from room. Elevator capacity is 6 so there were people waiting that couldn’t get on. Bathroom fixtures a little rickety but worked ok. Parking lot needs paving upgrade, lots of holes and patches. All in all a nice place, clean, and staff is courteous. We agreed we would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, stayed on 10th floor with only 1 elevator working - very annoying! Was told it has been this way for a couple of weeks. Not acceptable, would feel differently if it just happened.

Some of the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Would avoid staying here if you can. Power goes out every 15 minutes, elevators don't work, told any issues they had was personal issues, overcharged. Really a miserable stay.

Best place to stay in Eastern LI

We got very little help when the air conditioning was out. Plus, electricity was on and off for 2 1/2 days.
