Stay was excellent. Slight problem with the initial room allocated but reception arranged a different room and that was great.

Wasn’t told when booking this hotel that there would be scaffolders dismantling scaffolding outside my room all day. Also, playing music at full volume and singing. If I was told about this I would have booked a different hotel.

The room was great size, nice and clean. My only issue was the coldness of the staff I emailed. I told them this is a special occasion as we got married on that day and bought additional extras which were provided but they left a note of "happy anniversary.." Well its a tiny thing but that extra bit of attention would have been great. Also maybe just say congrats in the email when you hear someone is getting married and want to stay at your hotel, its not that hard. :) Overall I would still rate our stay as great, room was outstanding and the view was great.

Mal Maison in Leeds is just looking a little tired now. It needs a complete refurb.

Breakfast was a painful experience. I was shown into a corner - and felt like I was forgotten - no-one took my order, I had to ask, and everything took too long. I was promised a VAT receipt would be brought over, this was also forgotten.

Clean. Good sized room. Good breakfast. Quiet in hotel. Facilities good.

Lovely boutique styled hotel right in the centre of Leeds, beautifully appointed old building and wonderfully staffed. Excellent food and drink.

Overnight stay offered all we needed, comfortable well appointed accommodation, excellent restaurant and bar service, centrally located in Leeds

Very noisy/ the noise from the bars & restaurants in the street kept going until early hours in the minting. Property quite dated despite their best efforts.

Excellent conclusion to a buiness trip, ideal lication in the heart of the city centre with shopping, clubs, pubs and restaurants close at hand. Beautiful appointed old building, with large room, clean, modern and fresh. Ensuite huge with both bath and walk-in shower and all the little details as you would expect from Malmaison. Expensive car parking if staying overnight, however for minimal cost of a few pounds allows on street parking outside the hotel between the hours of 6pm 10-pm and free from 10 pm - 8 am

It was a really good stay, but there wasn't enough storage/shelf space for our clothes. The bed was large and comfy. The staff were all polite, friendly and helpful.

We were in a club deluxe room, which was comfortable and clean. The eco clean service is a good idea, but needs to be implemented properly. The bed was large and comfy.

Like staying here, good hotel - great location if you need to be near Leeds City centre

This is the first time I’ve stayed at Malmaison Leeds. Its first-class rating is well-deserved, thanks to the staff, who are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are excellent, and the overall vibe of the hotel is perfect. I’ll definitely be back.
