The staff were excellent and super accommodating, the rooms were great and the location is optimal for a few days in Beaune on business.

Beautiful property! Staff was very helpful, very close to city center. The bar across the street -publican- is awesome! We had an amazing stay!

Qualité du petit déjeuner a améliorer sur les oeufs surtout. Les omelettes toute pretes décongelées ne sont vraiment pas bonnes. Pourquoi pas opter plutot pour des oeufs brouillés frais, on voit ca le plus souvent. Cest beaucoup plus qualitatifs.

Personal muy amable, muy bien ubicado

Hôtel très bien situé pour aller se balader dans Beaune et notamment visiter les hospices de Beaune juste à côté. Facile de se garer à côté de l’hôtel et garage couvert à l’intérieur de l’enceinte de l’hôtel! Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner trop restreint tant en espace qu’en choix!

Staff polite and helpful

Both check-in and morning front desk were superb, both cheerful, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is very good and a very comfortable room.

Everything was great but wished I was able to increase the AC. We had to open the windows. Although, the next day, I noticed I got bit overnight :(

It was at a great location just a 5 minute walk to the Beaunne center plaza. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was special musical event at the bar/lounge that my wife and our friend were able to enjoy. I on the other hand couldn’t take a nap because our room was above the bar. The hotel does need some TLC, such as patching up the stucco on some walls and a new coat of paint. The room was very clean and roomier that other hotels I’ve stayed before. Overall was happy and would stay there again.

Very nice hotel all-around. Our room was great, we enjoyed the bar area, and we ate onsite several times. Great easy location just outside the city walls.

The recent upgrade of the hotel has reinforced our preference for the hotel end we will return on any future occasion when we visit Beaune.
