Quick to help when tap fell off in bathroom sink with first allocated room which was a bit dated in honesty for the price but got upgraded to a superior room with a view so was happy with room and service.

The room was outdated and not properly clean. The shower was blocked. The pool area can only accomodate 7 people. No where to sit. Pool is old. Breakfast was poor.

The room was very small, and not clean. All windows and doors were filthy- couldn’t see out of them clearly at all. The bathroom was mouldy- mould on the window, and in the shower area, most grout was covered in mould. The breakfast was nice, as was the pool. The hotel is in a great location.

Staff were very rude. I had myself, husband, 2yr old and 6month old and were told check-in was going to be 5-10 min late, we then had to wait an hour to finally check-in. Were also told they was no parking available even though it was advertised as parking available. The fold out had a mattress protector as the blanket. The buffet breakfast was stale and after waiting for fresh eggs to come out, they were cold. When we went to check out there was no one at the front desk. Would not recommend nor will I stay here again.

Great location and nice room. We were upgraded to a room with great seaview. Only thing missing in this beach hotel : Rooms / verandas have no place to hang wet clothes (swimwear) to dry ! Just a line of some sort would be good !

We had an ocean view room with amazing views. Room was large and the bed comfy. Would have been nice to have complimentary water rather than have to pay through the mini bar. Otherwise a great 2 night stay.

View was amazing, for a late booking option. Room carpet had stains but otherwise perfect

The cleaning of the room was very basic, making the bed and changing towels was about it. The front of house and security staff were nice enough but nothing out of then ordinary to make the stay memorable or one I would recommend one way or the other. The building is clearly very tired and the pool is poorly serviced.

No the bathroom cup had lipstick on it and there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bed.

Gave this a top rating because of the help we reieved from the check in desk to eventually find the ideal room for our recent double stay. It took three attemps but it was worth it.
