It appears that they are short staffed and under construction

It serves my purpose for the frequent visits I need to make to the Northampton area.

It was good

When I checked in the staff was wonderful. But it went down hill from there. The room had an overwhelming smell of fragrant cleaning products. And there was a fly in room. I needed to sleep and did not want a fly flying around my face. I asked the front desk if there was another room. They switched me to a difffent room. The second room also had a overwhelming cleaning product smell and another FLY! But more problematic was the WiFi was intermittant. SO I asked if I could switch to another room. The third room did not smell nor was there a fly but the bolt lock on the door did not engage. I went back to the 1st room. got a flyswatter and slept.

Great property everything was excellent and I loved the cold AC on such a hot day!

Pleasantly surprised by our stay!

We checked into the room. The toilet had pee inside it and the handle to the toilet was completely broken so it did not flush. There was also dirty towels in the bathroom altogether very gross.

The spout for the tub fell off while showering. We had to hold it on with our foot. They did not leave us extra blankets and towels for the pull out bed.

Was a clean room. Parking lot had a lot of people just hanging out and smoking. Was pretty gross. Think the people hanging out rent rooms to live in

I booked this hotel mostly so my kids could use the advertised indoor heated pool. Then I arrive and am told the pool is broken and my only option is to drive to Holyoke and use another property’s pool. If a major amenity is not working or available, it should be noted when booking. I’d like a partial refund since my full rate included a pool and we didn’t get what we paid for.

The room was clean and large. They do need to have a luggage rack for suitcases because the only place to put and open a suitcase was on the floor! Not good for seniors!

This motel has seen better days. The rooms have been sort of upgraded. The bed was very comfy, so were the pillows. It was clean in the rooms. Outside pathways are showing wear. The breakfast was lacking in healthy food. Housekeeping on request worked okay for me as a single traveler.

Room was clean and in a very nice area

Clean but lots of things broken. Missing light bulbs with minimal lighting. Faucet was barely hanging onto sink. Toilet was moving around on the floor. As well someone with a master key attempted to open door two hours before check out.

It was an average stay. Nothing great but served a a good place to sleep

Roaches and refusing to provide a discount or an apology

This hotel was charging $500 a night as it was during graduation . The elevators didn’t work. The sign out front wasn’t lit so we couldn’t see it when we approached it at night. The pool wasn’t working. no hairdryer in the room, but the bed was comfortable.
