Un hôtel bien propre avec un personnel très sympa

Chambre top et la vue magnifique je confirme!

Novotel standard, propre et bien entretenu. Gros bémol, parking non adapté avec trop peu d’emplacements en pleine saison. Et accueil qui n’a pas prévenu que les grilles fermaient à partir d’une certaine heure, sans donner de code, et personne pour nous laisser rentrer après avoir sonné.

Quelque peu déçu par le restaurant lors d'un dîner du soir. Il fallait réservé mais rien sur les documents en chambre le précisait. La table proposée si elle a le mérite de l'avoir été nous a exposés à une ambiance pas vraiment feutrée comme nous pouvions l'imaginer de la part de Novotel...une ambiance bar pas très discrète en fait....et ce, bien avant l'ouverture du match de la coupe du monde opposant l'Espagne à la Belgique. Sinon tous les autres composantes de ce séjour ont été parfaites. Merci !

Family friendly

The air conditioning is weak in the room.

Overall great experience but the fact that the AC is locked and very weak, our room was at 28c / 82f all night isn't acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The staff couldn't do anything because they use a centralized system and the remotes really only control on/off. The AC register was blowing at 24c / 75f with barely any pressure. If we had not come during the summer, I would have left a 5 star review.

The swimming pool tennis courts were amazing the staff were so very welcoming and kind had a great stay would’ve added a couple of days to my itinerary if I had known how wonderful this town and this roperty was going to be

Me encantó el hotel. Además de estar muy lindo, tiene una alberca divina con vista al valle y al castillo. Personal muy atento. Un poco retirado si lo que quieres es estar en el pueblo. 30 mins caminando

The staff is nice. The room is nice but no coffee machine in room or bath robes. They had coffee in the main area for tours and told us we could not have any. The restaurant was nice and staff was attentive. We didn't get breakfast too expensive. The hotel should have a shuttle to town it's too far you need a car. This hotel if they don't provide a coffee machine in the rooms they should offer it in the main area.

Fantastique séjour. Lieu impeccable avec une vue spectaculaire sur Amboise. Ma fille a adoré le minigolf, les terrains de sport, la piscine. Personnel adorable et prévenant. Nous avons diné a l’hotel, le repas était délicieux. Un sans faute !

Hotel looked pretty new and clean. You beed a car to access the town but is just 5 mins driving. Staff was AMAZING, a shout out to the guy that was at night and got a fan for us because in most hotels in France air conditioning dies not work until it’s officially summer. Breakfast was very good!

Magnifique vue depuis l'hôtel sur la ville d'Amboise et son château. Séjour professionnel halte d'une nuit. Chambre très confortable, literie et canapé. Bouteille à disposition à remplir avec les fontaines dans le couloir. Manquerait plus qu'un petit nespresso pour atteindre le nirvana. Le personnel nous reconnait et se montre toujours aussi serviable et accueillant.

A nice large room and good location , but need a car to access town Center
