Personnel très accueillant, tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Petit déjeuner au top! Chambre d'une surface convenanble avec tous les équipements que l'on trouve habituellement dans ce type d'hôtel. GROS POINT NEGATIF : l'alèse plastifiée qui protège le matelas. En déplacement professionnel toute l'année, je ne trouve jamais ce type de protection. Non acceptable dans un hôtel de cette catégorie, elle tient chaud, émet du bruit lors de chaque mouvement, ce qui ne permet pas de passer une bonne nuit. :-( Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet établissement UNIQUEMENT APRES avoir vérifié auprès de l'accueil que ces alèses ne sont plus utilisées.

Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Personnels tres sympathique, spécialement Thomas et Sébastien au restaurant pour leur gentillesse

L'hotel était très propre et bien agencé, tout comme la chambre que nous avions. Le personnel a étés trés professionnel et accueillant. Une table de ping-pong et un baby-foot sont à dispoution.

clean hotel. nice staff. the cleaning staff cared a lot about the rooms. it was obvious by the way the room felt so clean everyday.

The rooms are old especially the carpet and some of the staff are unfriendly and rude.

Wonderful staff and extremely comfortable sofá bed! I really appreciated having hair comditioner in the shower and also a bathtub. The exercise room was very nice. The sofá bed had some mechanical issues so it took time to get it resolved by staff person after a long travel day and late night arrival into the early am. Also they requested $10 extra for a 1 hour l late checkout which was a surprise since i travel weekly/constantly and most places i stay offer at no extra charge. Overall still highly recommended due to comfortable clean accommodations and super helpful staff.

La chambre n etait pas pripre, la salle de bain pleine de cheveux, l eau s ecoule mal.

Rien à redire, une équipe à l'écoute, un lieu chaleureux et confortable, idéal pour visiter Chartres et se reposer au calme.
