Stay wA good apart from since sleeping in the bed i developed a rash and constant itching suspect either the detergent used to wash the bed sheets or bed bugs so luckily only stayed 1 night. Hence the one star.

Great hotel, pool and play spaces excellent, restaurant and food options good too. Nice family or celebration venue. Helpful and friendly staff. No room aircon but good fan, and restaurant aircon very effective for a chill out! 👍

Stafford manor hotel is a lovely location not too far away from Stratford upon Avon. The rooms are clean , it would have been better if we had aircon in the bedrooms . Aircon seems to be in the main areas of the hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly especially in the restaurant for breakfast. We watch football in the bar because England was playing, it would have been better if the sound on the tv was louder, the atmosphere would have been electric and that would have made more people drink.

We only stayed two nights and did not use the restaurant or any other facilities, so I can only review things to a limited extent. The venue looks impressive from the outside but is obviously a conference venue so is lacking character inside - not a criticism but an observation. The king-bed room was clean and spacious but the shower was hit-and-miss regarding temperature (my partner ended up having a cold shower and yet my shower was fine). My only observational feedback is that when the bathroom door is closed, the door frame and door-back could do with decorating. This is a common fault with hotels, caused, I think, by managers failing to walk right into a bathroom and close the door when checking that all is well. All-in-all we had no major issues and would stay again.

We spent three nights there and were pleasantly surprised. The welcome was very friendly, and staff was helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean and nice. We had dinner every night in the restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced. We had breakfast on the last day, and the buffet had everything you'd want. We will definitely be back next time we need a centrally placed hotel closed to the M40.

I have stayed here a few times now and never been disappointed. The staff have always been happy to help, and incredibly polite and professional. The rooms are clean and a good size, the car park large and spacious, and the breakfast service a highlight. I particularly want to highlight how helpful the service staff were during breakfast; especially as I have coeliac disease and have to be very careful about what I eat and how the food is prepared. It was also a lovely surprise that the kind lady at the breakfast check-in remembered me from the previous year visit. Recommended!

The staff at Stratford manor were friendly and helpful and there was an atmosphere of a good working culture with happy staff who enjoy their work.

The hotel is a great hotel situated well for all the sites in Stratford. My concern and found it unbelievable that they ask you to help out with the planet and participate in using towels sensibly and I think that is great, but the bathroom towel rail is on 24/7 and in a heat wave as it was when we stayed it is very very uncomfortable, I asked at reception but unfortunately can’t be turned off in any of the rooms. CRAZY

Fantastic Hotel - staff great in all departments exceptional on reception & restaurant

Really lovely stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much. They made sure that my allergy was considered at every meal. The room itself was nice, could've done with a dust around the lights and windowsill but other than that it was well maintained. The amenities were really good, the cinema room, games room and outside area helped to make our stay extra special

Lovely Staff and potential is all im going to say but unfortunately was a bit disappointed actually and I dont like to writ bad reviews but was really unimpressed with the cost. Firstly arrived staff very nice gave room key, room turns out to be the furthest as possible away from reception. Not a problem just an interesting observation. Fan in the room no use at all makes a noise and nothing else to maintenence hasn't really checked. Came back to use the pool facilities was told its full- totally understandable i get it needs a limit. However we had already signed the form to check in this wasn't noted and was told cant use the pool due to a football team. Again could just be bad luck but being told cant use something included in the price and being pushed to the side do to a booking spending more money not the best. Was told we could wait but not waiting around on holiday when they was another group of football kids waiting to go in. So basically missed out. Pillows really uncomfortable in my opinion and I stay in alot of hotels for work and for the cost very not up to standard. Fast forward to breakfast, about 5 tables in arrived at 10 am having to had to use the pool that morning as couldn't do say night before. No food left hardly and hot food pasty cereal and was told chefs making some up, to be left waiting another 10 15 min. Was given pancakes asked for no syrup and banana, repeatedly ended up still being served pancakes with those items so poor in that case

For a 4 star hotel, this isn't an ideal place to stay when there is a heatwave. The room we were given was unbearably hot and we couldn't open our windows; no air con. The fans were poor and didn't do anything. Myself being pregnant and having a 5 year old, we couldn't stay here so ended up having to find another accommodation. There was a couple of timed power outages which also ruined the experience. I would say the only good thing about this hotel was the swimming pool.

Our third visit still does what it says on the tin. A few more staff would not go a miss especially in the swimming pool. Etc

The resturant was great and really friendly staff enjoyed both the meal the breakfast in the morning. Will stay again
