I liked all staff services from the reception, bar, and restaurant Clean place

Salle de bains avec rideau de douche... 7h45 présentoirs de pains vides et franchement la qualité du petit dejeuner pour un Novotel...isolation phonique a revoir

Cuando llegue al hotel me dieron la llave de la habitación 226, la cual he notado que estaba ocupada por otra persona cuando la adentré. Habían maletas, ropas y señales que la cama había sido usada. Volví a la recepción y me cambiaron de habitación pronto, pero esto es un serio problema de seguridad y falta de privacidad.

Chambre malheureusement mal insonorisée. Claquement de portes toute la nuit

This is not a 4 star hotel. The room is in awful conditions. Bathroom broken, paint of the tub getting out. Carpets stained. So sad to see a novotel stating rhiabia a 4 star rating. I have photos that can share and will love that the hotel contacts me. This is not okz

Bon service et propre mais chambre tres daté, on voyage dans un autre siècle, c’était pas ma demande

The service was okey, the staff were not available most of the time. We asked to have our sheet changed after staying for 4 days and they assured us that they would change it but when we came back the sheets were not changed. The room was comfortable, but they service could be better, the breakfast was not worth the price.

Utmärkt, lugn miljö, rent och trevliga personal.

Hotel moyen, mobilier un peu vieillot, ensemble general a rafraichir. Bonne literie.

Hôtel super agréable accueillant. Il y a un babyfoot une boisson rafraîchissante à l entrée, une fontaine à eau plate et pétillante, des zones pour se poser, pour lire des livres ou BD. Le p’tit dej est super avec de bons produits et une mention spéciale pour les confitures faites par des locaux. Les 2 filles du resto le soir super sympa celle du p’tit dej également.

On a bien pu se reposer dans cet hôtel calme et confortable. Nous sommes venus pour les JO et on est très satisfait. Pas trop loin du RER le trajet s’est fait facilement.

Très bon hôtel agréable séjour. Je recommande.

The hotel was fine but I did not like the room. It was outdated and the bathroom tub was too high from the floor. It’s twice as tall a normal tub. I was almost fell a few times.

Expérience au restaurant détestable . Service 0. Débordés, pas de responsable, plats froids. Une hécatombe de mauvaises expériences!

Ils m’ont donné une chambre en dessous de ce que j’avais commandé. Pas propre pas de téléphone pas de peignoir ni de chausson. J’ai du discuter pour avoir ce dont j’avais droit. Délit de faciès

Generally a nice hotel with nice staff but let down by the restaurant. The restaurant was nice enough and the decorations/seating are was excellent but the food..... Super expensive but much below average. Several dishes on the meny was not available either avoid.

Bien et propre mais un peu vieillot.
