Cuando llegue al hotel me dieron la llave de la habitación 226, la cual he notado que estaba ocupada por otra persona cuando la adentré. Habían maletas, ropas y señales que la cama había sido usada. Volví a la recepción y me cambiaron de habitación pronto, pero esto es un serio problema de seguridad y falta de privacidad.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The room is in awful conditions. Bathroom broken, paint of the tub getting out. Carpets stained. So sad to see a novotel stating rhiabia a 4 star rating. I have photos that can share and will love that the hotel contacts me. This is not okz

Bon service et propre mais chambre tres daté, on voyage dans un autre siècle, c’était pas ma demande

The service was okey, the staff were not available most of the time. We asked to have our sheet changed after staying for 4 days and they assured us that they would change it but when we came back the sheets were not changed. The room was comfortable, but they service could be better, the breakfast was not worth the price.

Utmärkt, lugn miljö, rent och trevliga personal.

Hotel moyen, mobilier un peu vieillot, ensemble general a rafraichir. Bonne literie.
