Wonderful delicious breakfast! 10/10 recommend! Clean rooms, quiet location, great staff!

When i left, a few hours later...all the members of my family started coughing. My kids have coughed so bad that, one had to have breathing treatments. We noticed how sticky and dirty the carpet was. Honesty, i think we were exposed to black mold. As a medical professional, i knew something was wrong when ALL 4 members of my family started coughing at the same time- i even ended up with a sore throat. No one from the event we attended was sick, so I knew this was odd. The room didn't smell fresh but we were so tired. Honestly, that carpet was A 1 disgusting- sticky, black, and gross. Ive been too busy to call and repoet this. Also, i asked for additional towels when housekeeping came by. As the lady was handing me the towel, one fell on the floor IN FRONT OF ME, she picked it up and still handed it to me. I was shocked- i can imagine what happens behind closed doors if that happened in front of me. Just yuck!

Everything was great

I stayed for two nights and found the front desk staff to be very welcoming. The room was clean and quiet, allowing me to unwind. While the fitness room could use some improvements, I overall had a pleasant visit.

Overall, clean and neat. Late evening staff was great. The only big miss was the bare minimum amenities and NO water at all! Not even 1 mini bottle. :-(

Simple and spacious room for me an my family. Decent breakfast, although seating area is a bit cramped. Would stay again.

The property was clean, quiet and the staff spoke evertime we entered into or was leaving the property.

I had a wonderful time and stay, the service from the staff was great. I would come again to stay and recommend it to anyone!

At check in, our clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. She checked us in in less than 5 minutes. The room was spacious for our large family. The complimentary bath products smelled awesome and there was actually enough for all members of our party, rather than a small bottle like other properties. All in all, an excellent spot for a quick trip and pleasant experience. Everything looked clean and safe, inside and out.

This place is amazing

The couch in the room was filthy, the air conditioning didn’t work and had a terrible odor, and the shower head was taped up with electrical tape to hold it in place. We stayed in a handicap accessible room and there was no way to properly be able to use the shower.

Everyone was extremely nice and helped extend my stay as often as I needed while there. I was very appreciative to all of them.
