Staff all very professional, outstanding customer service, arranged taxi, stored luggage and very helpful when I left my phone in the room. Housekeeping and reception staff helped to endure that the hone was ready of collection by my courier,

First room AC didn’t work. Had to change rooms. Front desk help was borderline rude. The remainder of the stay was uneventful. There was a MacDonalds next door. We used the shuttle to the airport, but if repeating, would take a taxi—similar cost, faster with no in between stops.

Perfect for a transit stopover as the Hopper bus service takes you backwards and forwards to the airport £7 a trip but it is easy! For sightseeing the easiest thing is to go back to heathrow and go on the train into London, there are buses but that takes a lot longer. The hotel is well serviced and staff are lovely.

Busy hotel and a 10 min taxi ride from airport. Aircon was broken and restaurant staff were busy so service was pretty slow. Food was good and potion size plenty

Public areas are clean and modern but rooms are dated and require modernisation. We had no air con which was a nightmare and staff confirmed it was hit and miss whether you got a room with working air con Marriott next door where we ate was far superior! Will stay there next time. Parking is £16 per night and we opted for an uber the following day to the airport which for 4 people cost £16 which was cheaper than the hotel shuttle

Great location in proximity to Heathrow. Made heading to the airport the following morning seamless.

We were looking for an inexpensive place near the airport and thought this would be a good choice. Unfortunately, the room smelled like cat urine. I think we were in an older section of the hotel. It looked like mold where the room carpet met the bathroom. There also was no hair dryer.

My family and I chose this property because it was supposed to have AC. Once we got there and took our luggage to our three rooms, we realized their AC was broken. The best they could offer was small fans. We spent a sleepless and miserably hot and humid night there.

AC needs upgrade

The lobby and restaurant/bar area have been renovated, it seems, since my last stay, several years ago. These are very pleasant. My room looked tired; requires redecorating. The worst of it was that the air-conditioning was not working and in the middle of a London heat wave, the tiny fan was useless. Sleep was impossible on the night I stayed.

The concierge on our arrival was extremely helpful in directing us to the parking area. It was really hot weather and we'd had a long drive so the quicker we could out the car the better. As it's a Heathrow Airport hotel reception was really busy but there was lots of front desk staff, who were very attentive and whipped through the guest check in process quickly, explaining everything clearly. The hotel is really lovely and clean and our room was perfect. It has a gift shop to! We didn't use the restaurant on this flying visit. The bus stop is literally 3 minutes walk and the buses are plentiful to the tube stations. We didn't use the shuttle bus to the airport as we weren't flying out on this occasion but they were arriving frequently at the main entrance. There is a McDonald's and a garage nearby. The bar staff were fantastic and the lounge bar was very clean and empty glasses cleared away quickly. We really hope to stay again.

The air conditioning was not working. The staff gave me a fan, but I was not able to sleep comfortable. It was too too hot.

This was not a great experience being the first time in London. For this hotel to not notify its customers of the air conditioning not working for us to be unaware was unacceptable. The whole 4th floor was hot. Customers checking in were upset. You did not credit our account for the inconvenience. I will be reaching out to your corporation for some type of credit.

Lock didn’t work properly on the room, had to make 3 trips to and from reception, the room couldn’t have been further from reception. Tiny twin beds, practically child sized!!

I had an overall very good experience. The staff was very accommodating and I was given a quiet room which is exactly what I needed. Breakfast was very good!! My only disappointment was that I asked for a wake-up call since my cell had ran out of battery and I never received that call. Thankfully I woke up on my own but I could’ve missed my flight.

Very convenient for airport

Get there only to find out the AC isn't working, their towel warming rack in the bathroom is blazing hot radiating even more heat into the room and I've been assigned a room looking into a shaft with a window that only opens 4 inches. Hotel doesn't offer any water or other concessions due to the conditions, just a "we're sorry".
