The hotel is beautiful. The staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful.

Had a lovely stay, place was very nice, staff friendly, bed comfortable. We used the bus 111 had a 5 minute walk. I have a fussy husband so we didn't go to the restaurant, there's a McDonald's right next door which was handy. 🙂

Interior a bit dated , weirdly there was a wedding happening and the music was rarher loud. But other than that, was good

Rooms small and cramped, but for the price was ok

Upgraded to a junior suite, and was a bit disappointed. It was very dated with velvet couches, velvet curtains, etc. It looked like something from Moulin Rouge. Couldn’t even sit on the couch due to the comfort of this 15+ year-old piece. And the carpet looked 20 years old. Expected more from a Radisson. The artwork in the bedroom was just weird, large paintings of little girls dresses. Seriously, just strange. The service in the lobby was very good. But the lobby didn’t look anything like the picture. Perhaps it was the atrium upstairs. The bed was very comfortable, but honestly glad it was just one night. Didn’t love it.

Gym is excellent. Best I’ve seen. Had a bit of trouble getting room service on one night, but otherwise no issues.

I regularly stay at this hotel when travelling to or thru London. Very convenient for Heathrow airport with numerous transportation options. Easy to get in to London on the Elizabeth Line from Hayes & Harlington station.

Nice hotel. However, it’s listed as if it’s at Heathrow Terminal 5 but it’s not in terminal 5. It’s approximately a 15-20 minute taxi ride away to the other side of Terminal 5 away from the airport

Great gym, large rooms with comfortable beds, breakfast was good.

The hotel is convenient to LHR, and a good place to overnight between long flights. The bed was fine, and the room was quiet. However the room furniture was older, and the bathtub walls are tall making access to a shower challenging

Booked room in advance. But, on arrival told no rooms? After 10min of faff told i was getting 20% off in restaurant...then told sorry but I wont....then informed i had been upgraded. Once in room bathtub was rusty, carpet stained, ac louder than the planes and room generally worn down. Because i was leaving hotel 4.30 there is no breakfast. I have stayed in a few Radissons and would expect more, for what you pay!

Nice spacious rooms, if a little tired. Disappointed that the spa was closed.

Was not a great stay honestly. There was blood (suspected) on the toilet seat when we arrived and what appeared to be make up on a towel in the bathroom. This was brought to the attention of reception to be rectified, when we came back from our meal the toilet had been wiped but the make up stained towel was not removed / replaced / cleaned. When we went to get into bed, there were stains throughout the sheets on the bed, as well as hairs. We did call reception and new sheets were installed but not new pillow cases. For the money they charge, they can pay more attention to cleanliness.

I wonderful place to stay

The moment I checked in the Customer Service from Staff and amenities were terrible. The Agent at the front-desk was not interested and did not want to be there and the rooms and the hotel overall is tired and worn out. We travel a lot all over the world and use Heathrow based hotels and Radisson has lost our customer for ever globally.

Perfectly fine hotel, near airport. I thought the restaurant was expensive with few reasonably priced options. That was the only fault.

While the line for check in was extremely long, the staff was very helpful and kind.
