It was a great option as we had a long overnight layover. Staff was friendly and location was close to airport

Hotel is convenient for Heathrow Airport. Room was clean although a bit cramped. Hotel in general could do with a bit of a spruce up. Breakfast was good but a bit chaotic in terms of lay out.

Because of the hot weather the first room we had the ac cannot working. They changed our room it was better but not as cool as it should have been. Otherwise was a ok experience.

Not at all friendly or warm staff. Room is very basic, long walk to get to room. No coffee or anything in the room. No menu for room service or options.

Awful experience. Arrived late on a booking that was made for us. There were multiple rooms that were supposed to have twin beds and all had just a double bed. Thus work colleagues who did not know each other were placed in rooms with one bed. Management was not friendly and made most of the members of our party feel uncomfortable. It got to the point where 4 members of the party went next door to book 2 rooms with two beds. Would not recommend this hotel. Seemed to be great in advance but when you don't get what you reserve and it causes such chaos, and then management team seems to be rude and relenting it sours the entire stay. Will have my business colleague take all future business bookings to another brand.

Easy check in had a room for us at 11:30am and staff have been wonderful. Room is small and clean but functional, hotel could use some updating specifically rugs in halls and room are disgusting. Good for one night before flight.

If you’re a VIP member, don’t go here. No perks anywhere so you’re better off saving your money and going somewhere else. I was disappointed there was no upgrade of any kind. The duvet had dirty marks on it too. Other than that, it was fine. The food at the bar was very nice.

We paid for breakfast but the front desk said we didn't order one I want a partial refund. The AC didn't work. Had to call maintenance to fix it . Cleck at FRONT desk at checkout was irritated and not helpful when I asked a question

Night staff not very helpful

Room was about a 10 minute walk from the lobby. Shower was filthy, couldn’t even get in. Restaurant was extornate. £20 for a margarita pizza, cooked in the microwave. Didn’t even take a bite it was vile. £8 a pint? Ridiculous.

The room was very clean. Each room can control the temperature. Comfy bed. They were able to let us into a room quite early. That was great news for ersty travellers. The restaurant had very goid food.

One of the better airport hotels I've stayed in.
