Sengene var ekstremt dårlige vi kærte hjem en nat før fordi det var så dårligt. Men personale morgenmad var rigtig godt men sengene trækker det ned og der ikke var mulighed for casting på deres tv

Super Freundlich, Hilfsbereit und Informiert. Auch das Frühstück lies keinerlei Wünsche offen! Und der Ausblick direkt auf die Rennstrecke ist beeindruckend. Gerne wieder.

Nice hotel, fantastic location

The room is big and clean but the facility is starting to show its age. Theres no power outlet close to the bed so it wasn't possible to charge phones and stuff beside the bed. No A/C and no fans made it impossible to sleep during the heatwave. The hotel decided some guests get to have fans and others don't, and obviously I didn't get a fan. They stopped supplying cold bottled water in the lobby around dinner time so I ended up having to buy a bottle for 7.5 EUR from the bar just to have something to drink.

Superb location, but the property feels somewhat abandonned. The main bar next to the racetrack was closed during the whole Nurburgring 12H race weekend. The rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the track was also empty : no tables, no chairs. Finally, the rooms do not have AC, meaning that you must open the windows to have a bit of fresh air at night. This also means that you hear every single noise outside, and the hotel failed to contain loud guests... keeping us awake until 3am. On the bright side, food was generally good: the breakfast buffet, the restaurant and bar menus, etc. Staff were also helpful and professional.

Great location, breakfast was tasty and rooms very clean. Parking convenient too, definitely will be back.

No air conditioning in them room what makes sauna inside room as them hotel is old and Windows and walls as well old.

Skulle vært mulig og regulere ned temp på rommet, ble noe varmt når solen står rett på rommet. Sånn sett luksusproblem med så pent vær men ble mindre søvn når det var full sommer inne på rommet. Ellers perfekt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick zur Rennstrecke. Das Hotel hat eine Opimale Lage.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber kostenpflichtig. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Wir mussten das Fenster offen lassen. Nur waren die Gäste des Hotels in unserer unmittelbaren Umgebung sehr laut, so dass wir keine Nacht durchschlafen konnten.

Great hotel on track right beside nurburgring complex but parking under hotel is tiny but you park in nurburgring parking complex €18 a night not bad walking distance

It was ok - not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. The location was great, as far as proximity to the track and other amenities. The staff was hit or miss, some were friendly and helpful, others completely not. They have one product for washing that is a combo shampoo/body wash - again not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel.

We (me and my 2 sons) really enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff are all very helpful despite me not having more than a few words of German. They were all very polite and seemed happy to be working there which gave the place a really nice atmosphere. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our room was trackside with a balcony giving a full view of the start / finish straight of the Grand Prix track plus a few of the early corners of the Nordschleife. The track action starts early,(8am) on all 3 mornings we were there (late May 2026) which we all loved as petrolheads but if having a lie-in is your thing I'd ask for a room on the front of the hotel as the cars and bikes were loud. The choice at breakfast was plentiful and all very fresh - if your room rate doesn't include it I would definitely add it 100%. We also ate at the restaurant one evening. We ordered the steak, Dorint burger and the Adenauer pan (pork tenderloin with sauteed potatoes, green beans and subtle pepper sauce in case you're wondering). All delicious and good value for money. We will definitely book to stay again on our next trip to the Ring.
