Terrible dated place with old furniture and dated bathrooms. No view and people walking past your window outside. Staff don't smile and are generally unhelpful Definitely not a 4 star hotel also really far from all the amenities and center

Personale gentile, bella struttura ma peccato il letto matrimoniale che era costituito da due letti singoli.

Hôtel un peu vieilli dans un quartier animé proche du port, mais hôtel et chambres très propres et avec des services de qualité (rooftop remarquable ouvert en soirée avec bar et restaurant, petit déjeuner copieux, bar avec pâtisseries dans le lobby...). Personnel polyglotte très serviable. Bus de ville passant devant l'entrée, très pratique mais peu ponctuel.

Vi bookede kun dette hotel pga aircondition Det virkede ikke Ved havde en tekniker oppe på værelset flere gange …som Sagde nu er det fint. Det var dog kun blæseren der virkede så vi sov på et 30 grader varmt værelse

Bery good breakfast, staff good too. The room was clean but very dated... the major downside is that you have no control over the air conditioning; they keep it at 24 degrees for everyone... unbelievable.

The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms, great price. The breakfast was good, and the dinner was also decent. It is about a 25-minute bus ride from Quattro Canti, the main sightseeing area.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast

The staff was not very helpful. We went to the reception 4 times for various questions, and only once they were friendly. Worst part was that the air conditioner did not work. When I asked the receptionist about this, they said they have turned them off and will not turn them back on. It was very warm and noisy in Palermo, and even with the window open, it was not very comfortable in addiction to the noise.

Room was basic and not new or too clean. Air con didn’t work and area around hotel was not pleasant. Will not recommend

Breakfast was very good with variety of sweets, fruit, cereal, eggs, etc. Food at their restaurant also very good.

Si vous cherchez une expérience immersive dans un décor digne d’un film d’horreur, ne cherchez plus : l’Astoria Palace Hotel à Palermo pourrait presque être rebaptisé la version réelle de la The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror… mais sans le charme ni la mise en scène. Dès l’arrivée, le ton est donné : un accueil glacial, un personnel visiblement dérangé par la simple présence des clients. Le sourire semble être une option payante — et encore, probablement indisponible. Les chambres ? Une ode persistante à la cigarette froide, comme si les années 90 n’avaient jamais pris fin. Impossible d’aérer correctement, et l’impression de dormir dans un cendrier géant est loin d’être exagérée. Le petit-déjeuner mérite une mention spéciale. Buffet quasi vide, choix inexistant, et propreté plus que douteuse. Les assiettes sont sales, la vaisselle laisse perplexe, et l’hygiène globale donne envie de passer son tour. Commencer la journée avec l’envie de fuir, c’est une expérience originale, certes, mais pas celle qu’on attend d’un hôtel. Quant à la flexibilité ou au sens du service ? Inconnus au bataillon. Aucune volonté d’arranger quoi que ce soit, aucune solution proposée, juste une indifférence polie (quand elle n’est pas franchement désagréable). En résumé : un établissement qui semble figé dans le temps, mal entretenu, peu accueillant, et très loin des standards attendus. À moins de vouloir vivre une aventure “frissons garantis” version involontaire, passez votre chemin. Palerme mérit

The hotel's location, rooms, and staff are very good. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes in the room, which were quite bothersome.
