Nice enough hotel, a bit vanilla. Everything is ok but nothing about the hotel feels four star. A good three star. Double room was very small, no side unit on one side & not blackout as described. Gym is decent but opens too late in the morning. Well located for the main city & ideal for the theatre.

Ideal hotel for a long weekend in Palma. Excellent facilities, helpful staff and a very comfy bed in a quiet area. We enjoyed the walk into the centrexand the spa was an added bonus.

Overall the service is okey. The only thing that shocked me was that if you want to eat from outside and borrow a cutlery they only provide you with 1€ wooden spoon.

Could need some maintenance. The room are as clean as we could expect for the “standard” the hotel is giving on is internet site. The breakfast is not the best, missing quality products.

Room was good, nothin too special.. bed and mattress was cheap. It was hard and not too comfy for 4 star hotel. Breakfast was brilliant though

Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Blick in den Innenhof des Hotels gehabt. Es war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem und ausreichend groß. Das Personal fleißig und sehr sympathisch. Das Essen sehr lecker und von guter Qualität. Wir würden das Zimmer immer wieder buchen.

I was shocked and very disappointed that my bed was not made and room cleaned daily. Only new floor mat provided on one day. Having my bed made etc. is why I choose to stay in a hotel and not apartments or Air b&b. The use of the request card should have been made clear at check in. I think staying in a hotel it should be completely standard that the bed is made and room cleaned daily. It should not be by request.

Rigtig god oplevelse generelt. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.
