Great option for overnighting for a flight

Even though was prety busy because of many flights canceled, we were able to book a room. The room was clean with nice clean bed.

In a sketchy area. Seems nearby hotels may be using to house homeless folks. No food available unless you want to walk through the sketch area with no sidewalks to Waffle House.They do offer shuttle to / from Charlotte airport. Slow to pick you up but good with scheduling your shuttle back. Not a horrible option if your airline leaves you hanging with no compensation due to “weather” or whatever else they come up with

The room was nice, very clean and convenient for a short stay due to cancelled flight.

This has to be no one of the worst experiences of my life. If you like nice places don’t stay here

Excelente lugar

Stayed before an early flight the next morning. Staff was friendly, but impossible to sleep with the AC turning on, could hear every footstep from the room above us, and every door around our room open and close. With it being near the airport people come and go at all hours of the night and you can hear them. Barely slept 15 minutes. The bathroom floor appeared dirty, but the bedroom seemed thoroughly cleaned.

It was clean but breakfast did not have a protein and the first night(stayed 2) had a small clear plastic glass for hot coffee. No fruit, no coffee maker in the room, no iron or ironing board and the phone did not work

It was a quick stay

Close to the airport is a plus lack of dining in hotel is a minus!

Hotel uses two way mirrors in rooms!!!! Caught staff watching through mirror and persisted to try to spy on me.Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!

Good, not great. Our room key kept disconnecting so we had to go to the front desk every night to have it reactivated. Our TV remote didn’t work. We were given a room near the lobby so we heard a lot of talking and loud voices all through the night. The room was clean though and the staff were polite.

Close to airport and shuttle was convenient

It was clean, room was a good size and offers nice areas to organize our stuff in it. Staff was courteous. And the price was reasonable.

Check-in was easy but the room had a strong weed smell. The property is supposed to be smoke free but our room reeked!

Place seemed fine at first but we got bedbugs. Bites all over both of us.

Limpieza en general buena. Sugiero que en vez de dos jabones, se coloquen 3 debido al tamaño del empaque. Me fue sumamente conveniente tener microondas y refrigerador. El servicio de shuttle es el lunar. Cuando llegué al Douglas CLT airport nunca vi el shuttle y en la recepción dicen que se debe llamar por teléfono. No tiene ningun sentido si estas en otro pais tener que hacer eso. Yo habia enviado un correo tres días antes y nunca respondieron, fue más una excusa que otra cosa. Incurrí en un gasto innecesario porque se supone que el hotel da el servicio gratuito. Una lástima.

The free airport shuttle service is good, the hotel is small but okay for a short stay, the only issue is there is no sound isolation between the rooms so you can hear everyone around you and it becomes noisy.
