Hotel bem localizado, há poucos minutos do centro histórico. Quarto confortável, porém, no banho, o banheiro fica todo molhado. Bom café da manhã. Funcionários atenciosos. Garagem do hotel cobrada por tempo de uso, sendo mais vantajosa que parquímetros. Ótima opção de hospedagem em Rouen.

L'ensemble du personnel est souriant , serviable, aimable et avenant, une belle équipe c'est agréable. Petit dej tres bien et super concept de repas autour du fromage.

Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast! It was the best of our whole trip. The cheeses presented were delightful and not ordinary! The pastries were crisp and so fresh! I loved the scrambled eggs. They tasted so much better than in the USA. Everything was great, the staff was amazing!

Large room with modern furnishings tastefully decorated. A clean and modern bathroom with a large walk in shower with plenty of hot water. All very comfortable.

Excellent séjour au Mercure Rouen Centre Champ-de-Mars. Un grand merci à tout le personnel et spécialement à Yassine pour son accueil chaleureux, son professionnalisme et son attention, qui ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable!

Marius provided an outstanding check-in experience, explaining not only what the hotel offers but his opinion of the initial “must see” sights within walking distance. Also the restaurant manager was superb at explaining gluten-free options at breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Comfortable

Rien a dire du personnel tres disponible et professionnel. Par contre odeur d'humidité désagréable dans la salle de bains. Le prix est un peut chère pour le petit déjeuner dans un 4 *. Du jus d'orange en bouteille carton et meme pas d'oranges fraîches a presser. Pas de jambon blanc.

Good hotel with parking in the basement. Good room and a nice and good bed. Breakfast was great and the service great.

Nothing to admire. Basc sleep-over. All stuff with rainbow flags,,strange place.

Virkelig dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed og ualmindeligt service minded personale. Det var regnvejr da vi ankom og personalet var meget obs på at give os den bedst mulige oplevelse i forhold til at udforske byen. Om det var lån af paraply eller tips til spisesteder. Vi følte os meget velkomne. Herudover kan vi anbefale morgenmaden.

Pratique pour une escale Rouennaise . Relativement proche du centre-ville et des restaurants .. Le parking souterrain est un plus .

Aan de rand van de stad. Zeker niet de mooiste locatie maar snel wandel je de stad in. Fijn met koffiemachine. Een bad waar je alleen ongelukkig uit kan stappen. In de ontbijtzaal slingerde fruitresten van eten wat niet op het buffet te vinden was. We werden wel netjes geplaceerd.

Un sejour en famille de passage dans la ville de Rouen. L’hôtel est bien placé et l’équipe très accueillante. Une chambre familiale tres spacieuse. Rien a redire c’est parfait.

The accommodation was amazing. Dining was OK. Parking was excellent however we were not aware that parking was an added charge.

Stayed here four weeks ago, Room 301, what a horrible room. This time stayed in Room 305. Wow what a difference. Fantastic bed, balcony. Fridge with cool water.
