The room was great, staff was helpful. Appreciated the chocolate chip cookie upon check-in. Only feedback for improvement is the air circulation seems to run continuously and it was unclear that the waters in the room were free for me as a Hilton member at the silver level so I didn't touch them until I finally looked up my own account. Might have been nice to have been told that or have that indicated on the TV screen when it welcomed me. Just some thoughts to help make this experience even better.

Bed was extremely comfortable after 3 nights of sleeping in beds that were likely harder than the floors.

Every one there is extremely helpful and accommodating. I live 2 hours away from there. I went to Flagstaff to have surgery done. They were very helpful. They let me use their wheelchair because I wasn’t able to walk after my surgery.

Great place to stay!

Everything with the check in process was seamless and lovely. Ashlynn was professional and communicated clearly the layout of the property. The follow up after check in was also thoughtful and timely. The room was nice and easy to navigate despite a later check-in/arrival. My only concern was that one of the soap dispensers was leaking, and shampoo/body wash accumulated in the bottom of the tub. When I went to shower, it was hard to see, and the floor of the tub was quite slippery. It felt a bit hazardous, and I hope that the issue is corrected before someone slips and hurts themselves! There was also body hair on the ceiling of the bathroom (Room 349).

Monday through Friday accommodations were excellent. The Saturday accommodation (same day booking due to a cancelled flight) was a one star rating. The air conditioner was so noisy that it had to be turned off at night (Room 354, South end of the complex). An air conditioner could also be heard from an adjacent room and was noisy as well. Not a good night on Saturday.

This is a very nice hotel with a bar and 2 restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

The room had a large wet spot in front of the bathroom door. After investigating, I found that someone had dumped a lot of ice into the waste basket by the door in the bathroom which was leaking onto the floor. The basket also had paper in it from the previous tenant. I told the front desk of this problem to which they said it was weird! They did nothing. The floor was still wet when we left. During the stay the bulb in the lamp on the desk failed. I asked the front desk to replace it, again they did nothing! Obviously, something is very wrong here! I would avoid this place! The hotel, unlike other Hilton properties, has no coffee available in the morning for free. You must pay $5 for each cup! We met a guest who said this was a recent change at the hotel. The hotel is a nice property, food was good, but overpriced. In general I find that this hotel doesn’t measure up to the Hampton Inn or other Marriot properties. My past stays at the Double Tree were much better!

it was good. But the faucet in the bathtub might need to be looked at- you have to crank it really hard to get the water to stop and it sort of leaks a while after you shut it off.

Had to be in Flagstaff for a wedding so we booked a room for the night. The hotel was clean, room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. My wife loved the shampoo, conditioner and body lotions that were in the bathroom. Front desk gave us cookies when we checked in and also when we returned in the late evening after the wedding. Shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store. Starbucks and McDonalds right down the street also.

Although not a new hotel, it was generally in good condition. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was perhaps the main area for improvement. We did not have any food or drinks at the hotel. We did catch an Uber to Downtown and back on a Thursday evening and both trips were less than $10. We last visited three years ago and would happily stay again if we were in the area.

Getting to the location was difficult. Room was nice. Restaurant staff was terrible. Food was marginal.

Excellent property. Overall, very clean. The room was clean, modern, and sophisticated. I had no problems at all.

Vacation with small children. Good location close to shops and downtown. The outside hot tub was closed with maintenance issues but overall a good place to stay
