Central and comfy.

Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic. We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme. A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury!

Good stay in hotel. Any problems were quickly sorted. Main complaint, the bedroom was very dark. Very hard to see to put make up on, and dry hair. Breakfast excellent

Great overnight stay to go with a trip to the theatre. Room comfortable, with all expected amenities. Lighting better than I remember but still not good near dressing table mirror for drying my hair.

We had a lovely stay overall. The only disappointment was that I had requested, a few weeks in advance, for something sweet to be placed in the room to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday. Unfortunately, nothing was arranged. Even after calling from the room, I was told they don’t offer anything like that and were instead offered Prosecco—but we never received any vouchers, despite being told at check-in that they had been given to us.

Well worn hotel, the shower absolutely rubbish and the toilet felt as if it was going to fall off the wall! The bed and pillows were very comfy though!

The room was nice and spacious, water from over bath shower took ages to drain away… possibly a blockage? Staff friendly and helpful.. bed was comfortable and the room was clean .

Great staff, wonderful breakfast!

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience this time around. Too snooty not enough security especially when collecting food from outside there were two dodgy men hanging around made me feel uncomfortable.

Another great stay. Clean comfortable room, the bliss of air conditioning and great staff. A lovely warm and friendly welcome on arrival and a delicious breakfast served by a great team the morning after.

Gym was under renovation but was completed during my stay - excellent and attentive front desk !
