Superb location.

Very Nice place right on the beach. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is good a great way to start the day. Get a room with a view so you're on the waterfront. Much better view and no noise from the businesses on the sides which go into the early morning.

I came several times at NH Imperial Playa. Love it and I will be back.

The hotel room was unconventionally basic. It did not even include a kettle. Room was a bit smelly which could be due to the humidity.

La chambre donne sur une cour intérieure de 20 mètres carrés. Sur les 200 chambres il y a 14 chambres sur cette cour. Alors que j ai réservé pour avoir une vue sur la plage de la canteras. Très décevant. Personnel et services ok

The staff MAKES this hotel - from the front desk attendants to the cleaning staff, our stay was exceptional.

The hotel was in a great location, very clean, very good staff, nice big room, but… I probably made a mistake in booking an interior room. There was a very small window to an outside courtyard so very very little natural light and just not enough lighting in the room. I mentioned it to 2 different staff and they both smiled and said oh yes, we’ll do something about it but I doubt they will.

Effentiv innsjekking. Hyggelige og kompetente folk i resepsjon. Stort rom og flott bad. Frokost en opplevelse med havutsikt. Value for money!!

Perfect view and location, very clean, friendly staff. It was my second stay and I will book again. Just a personal remark about sustainability: the message in the bathroom about protecting the environment is senseless when housekeeping replaces even the towels hanging on the rack every day. (Housekeeping did a great job – cleanliness was outstanding – it’s just this small detail!)
