Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, an asset to your hotel

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay hotel was very clean room was also had a very restful sleep bed very comfy . Breakfast was hot and plentiful staff very nice. overall a very nice stay would definitely return.

Really excellent, friendly staff. Clean room with very comfortable beds. Kettle in room, which is always appreciated.

Was lovely Hôtel, we had a day in the spa as well. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

We loved everything about the hotel room and staff except for one thing, there is supposed to to a coffee maker in all rooms and we just got a kettle that didn't have a plug socket near by so you had to either plug it in on the floor or on the small bedside table. Its a small issue but having a coffee maker in the room can sway our choice of hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful always got a smile on their faces. The hotel had a warm welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean and was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

Good food, nice room, a bit pricey but overall very good

The property is in an excellent location in the heart of the city and is of a good quality.

Bed was to soft but otherwise great stay

The hotel is nice and clean but the extra bed ( sofa bed ) is a killer, I woke up with body aches, I can’t turn my head without pain. I would like to make a formal complaint

Hotel is dated. Beds are very uncomfortable. Shower is terrible. Bar manager was the worst part Omar he was extremely rude to us all. When ordering food he stopped the order said kitchen was closed but there was still 10min left. Mentioned i stay at a lot of marriott properties and thia would never happen his response was "then you should stay there". Front desk staff were very good and bartenders also were great.

I found the room service food undercooked, pizza still a bit doughy and the squid batter gooey on the inside, the oil tasted old, the room itself was tired, dodgy loo handle, dirty and worn hatches in the ceiling, not enough room on the floor for your suitcase, couple of stains on bedding with a white flannel lodged between the mattress protector and bottom sheet, the housekeeping isnt great. Waited 1 hour for a taxi, james was happy to leave me waiting ouside with no update until i went back in and out. Was told my room was ready by james, only to go up and it wasnt cleaned. i eventually got a different room which had been kind of cleaned. Marias and james's answer to everything is to try to give you free drink tickets, no warm welcome with greeting on arrival by reception but Zyla was approachable and helpful. I didnt have a great stay at this hotel, I would say the best thing about this hotel is Marco Pierre Whites Steakhouse Grill and casino is opposite.

I was honestly expecting a lot more from 4-star hotel. With pricey room I was at least expecting less people with alcohol problems. Neither the breakfast was like 8 can get in 2-star hotel.

Very nice hotel with good facilities. Room felt very ‘Premier Inn’ but At a much higher price. Also my bed base was broken and clunked everyone I moved in bed!

Very efficient reception and lovely architecture in the common use areas. The spa was nice and the gym well equipped. The room was clean but on the small side and the mattress far too hard and uncomfortable. No robes or slippers in the room which would have been useful for the spa. Breakfast had a varied selection. Unfortunately, although the chef appeared from the kitchen when asked to make omelettes, the pan had been left on the heat so the area smelt of burning oil, and the omelette was burnt immediate on the outside whilst being unedibly undercooked on the inside.

We've stayed here before. The staff are efficient, helpful and very friendly. Rooms are good, clean with extra facilities like tea tray. Breakfast was excellent. Bar busy but staff were very good.
