Bed bug infestation, front desk staff moved us to another room and it was also infested. They refused to refund and stated there was no issue.

We didn’t find any bed bugs, so that’s a plus. Room seemed clean but sheets had a few stains and a few rips. Most disappointing part was the “breakfast” had nothing but stale packaged muffins, overripe bananas, cereal but no milk, and chunky floaties in the apple juice and orange juice, like the dispenser machine needed cleaned. Nasty.

It was a cheap motel. You get what you pay for. Will not be back.

Room not clean, shower filthy.

Shower area needs some deep cleaning and paint. Towels were the thinnest I have ever seen.

I was charged one hundred ninty five dollars and a 50 dollar deposit and I have a video of the room it was not worth the money all kinds of defects couldn't use outlets and it was very damaged room pool was not available

It was filthy, our sheets were dirty and yellow and the walls in our room were filthy.

Awful!!!

The safety lock on the door was broken. Booked a king got 2 queens. Very clean, no bed bugs. Towels tiny and rough. Continental breakfast had mini muffins, bananas and cereal. Ask the clerk fir milk.

This hotel needs a lot repairs.

It was a great size room for my few days stay. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I forgot to pack a few things to get ready for the day and they were more than helpful to let me use some of their items. If I ever come through town again I will be staying here. Thank you Ameristay for your hospitality!

It didn't bode well when staff would only interact with me through a teller window and lobby was kept locked (at ~4p). The room was sad: filthy (dirt caked, burn marks) arm chair, signs of (hopefully past) bedbugs on the mattresses, severely water damaged TV stand, and the Toiletries appeared used. The dead bolt was broken off. All the motel notices urge you strongly to keep the deadbolt latched and to leave no valuables in the car. Even on the side furthest from the interstate it's very loud. Ended up eating the cost and staying elsewhere.

This is a pay by the hour hotel would not recommend using it for anything else it’s a very nasty hotel and rude staff

Had to pay extra for my husband when we rented a double room that sleeps 4 people but our reservation was only for one person when I booked with hotel.com. The room was not clean walls looked like they had stuff smeared on them. The bathroom had black mold growing in it. The bathroom door had duck tape holding it together and couldn’t even shut the door all the way. None of the electrical outlets worked properly the one by the tv had a short in it and wouldn’t stay connected. This is definitely a pay by the hour hotel would not recommend staying here again

The faucet was completely broken (Non openable), the floor was filthy and room smell bad. They would not move to another room.

Room stunk the chair was black from just never been cleaned . The host wouldn't even let me in to check in had to hand him my card threw the window did not feal safe there definitely slepped on high alert
