Great hotel within walking distance of downtown Asheville.

Overall wonderful stay! Bed was super comfy and rooms was spilt less…however there were no chairs at the pool. 0 literally, just would’ve loved to hang out by the pool if somewhere to sit :)

The Internet was out the whole time. We never received a key to our room. Did not offer any other service to make up for the inconvenience.

The stay was fine overall and a decent place to lay your head for the night. It's close to most of the stuff downtown when is convenient. My only gripe is the elevator was quite slow and we resorted to just walking the stairs when we came and left haha.

Th bathrooms are small and crowded and the fixtures were for kitchens.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good with many options. However, one reason we booked the hotel was because it had a pool. When we arrived we were told that it was out of service, but we could use the pool at the YMCA across the street. We didn’t want to walk there with our bathing suits and without a lock for a locker. So, we were disappointed. In addition, there was no information in the room about the hotel ammenities or check-in/check out or hotel rules. The front desk staff did seem to have correct answers to some of our questions.

Quality stay,Was not im formed of the breakfast option breakfast was pay as you go. Big disappointment,can’t remember a n accommodation charged $17 a plate customary it was a more modest free serving.

The check in clerk and the bartender was extremely nice
