Un ruido continuo en la habitación y no he podido dormir toda la noche

La conexión wifi es enormemente lenta, había un ruido horrible todo el tiempo, me fue imposible dormir

Quarto com cozinha completa, facil acesso ao metro com cruzamento na linha do aeroporto! Excelente opção para quem fica em Madrid

We booked this for a one night stay prior to a flight the next morning. There was a Carrefour mini-market as well as Aldi close by to buy some fruit and breakfast food. We found dinner and dessert nearby as well without any issues. Only thing we did not like was that the sound was coming in from adjacent guest rooms (coughing, toilet, running water). Being closer to airport and on the Metro line were our primary goals and we were overall happy with our stay.

O Aparthotel está a dois minutos da estação de metrô, há várias linhas de ônibus que têm paradas muito próximas, mas quem quiser ir a pé até a região que concentra os pontos turísticos levará cerca de 30 minutos caminhando. O apartamento em que estive hospedado foi entregue limpo e com todos os confortos oferecidos no anúncio. O bairro está repleto de bares, restaurantes e supermercados, o que muito facilita a hospedagem. Os funcionários foram todos bastante solícitos e prestativos, fica aqui um elogio destacado. Voltaria sem medo de errar!

Recepción deficiente. Poca información. Displicentes. La calefacción mala: puesta en punto máximo, hacía frio en la habitación. Remodelación nueva, de poca calidad.Revestimientos plásticos en todo el baño. Buena ubicación.

Bothered when we arrived on mon pm at 10 none on reception. Another guest helped out by phoning and speaking Spanish to the person so she could explain what to do - not clear from email confirmation that absence at desk would happen - merely that reception was there from 3pm Apart from this reception both friendly and helpful and kind - made our stay a great pleasure

Nice location with good transportation near by, the pkace is comfortable and clean. I gad a bad experience on the check in because of a bad comunication and the front desk is not available always at the hoyrs they are suppose to be. But besides that the place was nice

Aparthotel was run down and dilapidated. Street noises kept us awake. Would not return!

Ótima acomodação, bem localizada perto da estação Diego de Leon. Fácil acesso a partir do aeroporto, via linhas 8 e 6. De uber, a depender do horário, chega em 15min. Conta com cozinha compacta. Supermercado perto. Recepção ate as 20h, Fácil comunicação.

El hotel en general esta bien. Les falta personal en la recepción y el WIFi funciona regular.
