Could not check in for an hour when I arrived

Etwas älteres Hotel, Zustand ist okay. Sehr kleine Zimmer.

Hotel is fine. Breakfast is good. Not too many options for dinner around if you do not want to take the car. The hotel has it own parking.

Praktisch für eine Nacht. Es gibt Restaurants in der Nähe für das Abendessen. Das Frühstück traf nicht unseren Geschmack, aber für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse relativ viel Auswahl. Leider hatte es beim Frühstück wirklich sehr viele Mücken, somit war ein gemütliches Essen nicht möglich.

Le personnel est très sympa. Les chambres petites, lit avec un sur-matelas pas très confortable, clim plus bruyante qu'efficace. Bruit de la route. Mauvais rapport qualité même pour la region...

Hotel bien placé, personnel très sympa, restauration sur place très basique, en revanche très cher pour un Ibis...on se croirait déjà en Suisse !!!

I stayed at the hotel for just one night, and it had everything I needed. It appears that most of the staff are new and still in training, but I hope they quickly become more experienced so they will not add to the guests' stress.

Avions réservé une nuit afin d’être proche de l’aéroport . Parfait mais dommage avions réservé 2 petits déjeuners que nous n’avons pas pu prendre bien que réglés car partions à 5 h30 .

from the room window I had a look on the generators, breakfast was everyday same, last day orange juice machine was out of order. Room was not that clean as expected to that price/ night they claimed.

Teribil customer services around all the hotel. At the check in not very welcoming people. Rooms were very cold and heating not working so they provided an electricity heater which dry up the air onto the room. I had to change the room but still the same. Could go to Campanile for half of the price and have the same heating. In the morning at breakfast was very busy because of the group of kids and when we ask for some help over a boiled egg chef was very rude and unprofessional and try to fight in stead of apologizing.

Très bon hôtel, chambre propre, calme malgré la proximité de autoroute, bon petit déjeuner, bon cadre. Par contre,j le personnel n'est pas aimable, pas souriant, juste bonjour, au revoir, même pas un bienvenu à l'hôtel IBIS Archamps, rien, accueil glacial. Je viens depuis quelques années dans cet établissement et j'ai vu un vrai changement dans la qualité du personnel. Je pense que travailler dans le tourisme n'est pas évident pour tout le monde, donc mieux vaut changer d'orientation quand on n'a pas un bon contact avec les clients. Attention car l'accueil est très important dans un hôtel et cela peut faire beaucoup de tort à cet hôtel.

Nice and supportive staff, hotel is close to the highway which makes it a perfect hotel for 1 night during a longer travel. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes and the room itself is tiny.
