Relaxing stopoff on the way to the SW convenient for the motorway Delicious food served by friendly staff. Restart the journey recharged both body and car!!

The location was perfect with a mall right across the street. The hotel itself and staff were great!

I didn’t use the facilities

Good breakfast and great to have a free pool. Room too hot and noisy. Single glazed windows with commercial bins being moved around and emptied outside at 4am was not good for sleep!

Excellent stay, could not fault it

The staff were fantastic both at reception and within the restaurant area including room service via the bar. Everyone was so helpful and inviting. The shower in the bathroom was excellent. We really enjoyed that but there seemed to be a lack hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. The room size and facilities within the room were great. The hotel was a little bit dated and the pool area had some missing/cracked tiles. Overall we loved it and would stay again. We played chess as well and my daughter loved it.

This is easily one of the best places we have stayed so far. The rooms were impeccably clean and featured massive en suite bathrooms with fantastic showers. The facilities are top-notch, including a great lounge, an on-site club, and a dedicated children’s swimming pool. ​For those traveling for work, it’s an ideal spot for business trips—the dedicated meeting rooms come fully equipped with every setup you might need. To top it all off, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Staff were extremely attentive and Breakfast was good value

Nice hotel- welcoming reception. Ideal location if you want to visit Touchwood. Comfy bed.

Good stay for NEC, parking at the hotel was £12.50 for residents for one night… now the food with lounge access…the minimal food that was to be seen was of poor choice when we arrived at 7pm even though there were only 4 people in there, I went to speak to a member of staff, the lady was lovely and went to get some food topped up for us, I’ve stayed in the Chester Crown Plaza, much better choice of food including prawn cocktail etc… Staff excellent, bar man attentive with finding crisps for my husband, comfy large bed, good size room, would stay again as the area looked nice.

I always stay at this hotel when in Solihull, plenty onsite parking, nice restaurant and bar area, small but adequate swimming pool. Rooms are specious, tea/coffee and biscuits. Just across road from hotel is Touchwood shopping centre and High Street with plenty bars and restaurants, nice safe area.

Lovely hotel that I have stayed at many times. Large rooms and bathrooms, only ever had breakfast but plenty choice, nice bar area, car parking onsite. Just across road from shopping centre, cinema, bars and restaurants.

One night stay, it was clean and adequate and the evening meal was ok, we left before breakfast byt we were offered a breakfast box. All in all quite satisfactory and would definately stay there again.

The room was very clean. Staff envy over and and above for anything you needed. Friendly staff. Pool and and hot tub was nice and the changing rooms were clean.

Brilliant room, bed and breakfast area

All the staff were lovely, especially the lady looking after guests at breakfast. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite rundown, there were pen marks on the bedding, scuffed walls, a bathroom in need of attention, and the bedside table showed water damage with peeling. The breakfast was good, but the tea and coffee station in the room felt a bit grotty. I’ve stayed in cleaner Premier Inns.
