The rooms were large and breakfast good. The room and hotel as a whole needs some attention. The room smelled poorly when we walked in because the AC had been off a while and the room could have been cleaner and a few things updated.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. We had booked a room but last minute decided to come a day earlier and they were able to accommodate us with a great room and price.

2nd time here and the stay was good.

Bom hotel com bom café da manhã, porém o café da manhã não tem variedade, se for passar muitos dias fica enjoativo. O quarto também é bom mas para acomodar 4 pessoas fica um pouco apertado.

We asked for a first floor room or room near the elevator due to a medical condition. We were reserved a room on the 4th floor where we had to walk a long distance to get there. We had to walk down stairs from the parking lot which was not disability accessible. I would not stay here again.

Room was nice, beds good and water hot. They had coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hour. Staff was very nice. A/C not as good. Also, had $100 deposit that did not know about. Had a sign to read as was checking in. But, already committed to staying. If was listed but I didn’t read then my fault.

I loved the front deak ladies. My room wasnt thoroughly clean when we moved in. At breakfast, one of the staff workers threw away my cup that i had brought down from my room with me.. it was a personal cup not a room cup. I also ordered a king size suite online but upon checking in, i was given a queen size suite

So, nobody has it listed that hotels are now charging incidental fees or deposits on top of your booking. I haven't booked a hotel before this one in the last 5 years, so I wasn't aware of this. The pool is closed for maintenance until further notice which was one of the main reasons we booked this specific hotel was so we could swim before a busy day the following day. Breakfast was okay but on the way to breakfast, the ground floor hallway stank of weed which seemed to overtake the smell of breakfast. It wasn't the worst stay at a hotel I've ever had, but I honestly don't think we'll be staying here again unless it's an absolute emergency and the only place available.

On the surface the place looks nice and then you realize the bathroom is not really clean. The bed frame is all scuffed up. It is generally not in good shape. Cleanliness is not a priority.

We were placed in a room on the 1st floor. Above our room was the workout room. Literally the ceiling was falling into the floor from the beating and banging on the floor above us. We wanted our money back ($400) and left the hotel.

There were hookers in the parking lot when we arrived. High on drugs. The rooms microwave waa disgusting. Tried to eat the breakfast but at 9 he was putting it away, ignoring me when I asked if we could just grab a few things before he threw it away. He was rude. Why treat customers like that?
