All amazing

Comfortable and clean accomodation, great location for accessing city centre and san siro stadium. Also on site parking was v helpful for an early morning drive to Malpensa airport. Staff were very helpful even after we left, when I thought we’d lost an important item, I contacted the hotel and they made every effort to find it (turned out it was actually buried in our suitcase all along, but I was v impressed at the effort they made)

Seconda esperienza in questo hotel. Più che consigliato per lavorare in zona Tre Torri. Ottima pulizia, personale cortese. Colazione buona, a parte il succo d'arancia che non è vero succo

Friendly staff, clean but noisy rooms.

La chambre était insuffisamment préparée, absence de bouteilles d'eau, frigo vide, absence de consommables dans la salle de bain et notamment réservoir de savon vide dans la douche... Réponse de l'accueil, "vous auriez dû demander", il est évident que le timing est un peu juste quand le matin on s'aperçoit sous la douche qu'il n'y a pas de savon ! A noter que par ailleurs, il manquait une grille sur la porte de la salle de bain (trou béant en bas de porte).

A little far from the center but still reachable by metro. Good space for 3 of us and a big bathroom. Felt safe for three women.

Hotel discreto, sarebbe più corretta una classificazione a 3 stelle anziché a 4. Costo del pernottamento elevato, in linea con gli standard milanesi. Camera pulita, ma insonorizzazione insufficiente: si sentivano distintamente gli ospiti della camera adiacente che parlavano con tono normale. Buona la colazione a buffet. Personale gentile.

Muiito boa localização, o atendimento, a limpeza, o conforto, banheiro/chuveiro, tudo ótimo! Não usei o serviço de café da manhã, mas sei que é possível incluir pagando uma taxa de 9€. É mto próximo da estação Portello da linha roxa do metrô, parada de ônibus de diversas incluindo de serviço de Hop on hop off da empresa city-sightseeing.

I came to Milan for a conference, and the hotel was well located for that (just a block away from the conference center and a metro stop). The hotel was clean and everything worked in the room, and the staff was helpful at checkin and very friendly. One minor negative: there was some road noise and wind-related noise during a storm that woke me up at night. Earplugs worked great but were unnecessary most nights.

Enjoyed my short stay here in early November. The location was fantastic for my needs as the hotel is just 2 mins walk to the closest Metro station and 20 mins walk to the San Siro stadium. I found the hotel itself clean and presentable but is starting to show it's age a little in places. My room was spacious and had everything required for a short stay. There was a comfortable bed, ample fresh towels, plenty of storage options, a really handy small fridge/minibar, good WiFi, and more than enough plugs/charging points. The bathroom in my room would benefit from refurbishment, the shower was very slow to drain and the whole bathroom a little tired and rough around the edges. The staff I encountered were very helpful and multilingual which was big help as an English speaker with a limited Italian vocabulary. Overall I found the hotel to be as expected for the number of stars and price per night. Not outstanding but not bad either. Would stay again.

The room was good - beds were clean and comfortable and we didn’t need much else since we were only staying for one night. In the evening it was pretty noisy as some people on our floor met up in the hallway and had a get together in one of the rooms.
