The breakfast is very bad, just coffee, bread and an apple.

見た目以上にいいホテルでした。 部屋は少し狭いですが、1人では十分だし、綺麗でした。 朝食に関しても申し分なし。 少しホテルの西側に行くとあまり治安は良くなさそうですが、ドアマンもいてくれるので安心です。

This is a budget hotel. The room was very small, but had a refurbished bathroom. You need to let the shower run for 5 minutes before the hot water kicks in. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor and has a toaster, bagels, 2 types of cereal, yoghurts + coffee etc. breakfast is 7am-9am prompt. The real downside of this hotel is that the area has many people sleeping outside. Homelessness and drugs seem to the cause. Please please only turn right out the hotel and just be careful with your belongings. We were told on the first day that if you leave them alone they will leave you alone. This was true.

I made a reservation before arrival. It seemed like a great deal. I checked into my hotel room. As soon as I walked into the restroom, I noticed there was trash in the garbage can from a previous guest. The bed was not made and I noticed the bed sheet had a streak of blood on it like the previous guest had menstrual cycle issues or something? No hot water in the shower as well. My work has us staying at different hotels for work and I guess I expected for this hotel to at least have a decent breakfast or even drinking water somewhere?At around 2am I woke up to a female screaming outside and when I looked outside, it appears to be a drug deal gone bad or something? Will not be staying here again

What ever you do don't leave the property and head left, turn right and the environment is much better

Café da manhã péssimo, somente pães e café. Quarto bem pequeno e cama muito pequena.

Chambre petite, et petit déjeuner minimaliste. Accueil plutôt froid. Point positif on peut déposer ses bagages en avance.

The hotel provided facilities such as complementary breakfast, laundary service, and drinking water filter, which is commendable

My second time here and it was a great day as well

The property was just in the right spot. To the right there were lots of dining and shopping places.. you felt safe. On the left side further down the area was not good .. too many homeless . The hotel was close to metro.. trolleys. We walked at night and it was safe. Nice rooms

Okay low end hotel with a good location to low price.

I don't know when they will return my deposit

ホテルの設備やサービスは必要十分で快適に過ごせます。お手頃価格な割に清潔でパウエルストリート駅にも近く、簡単な朝食も付いているので大変満足しています。 ただ私が滞在していた時期に、近くのヒルトンホテルでストライキが行われていて、騒音が酷かったです。

The hotel is conveniently located. The room is adequate, and the breakfast is ok.

The room is small but for a weekend it’s perfect. There is storage under the bed. The room was modern and clean. the walls are thin, but the neighborhood is quiet at night. The location is AMAZING walking distance to the union square and the trams, but a lot of homeless people. Breakfast was good, bagels, cream chees, cereals, yoghurt and fresh apples. Great value for the money!
