Beds and pillows were comfy. Hotel clerk was very friendly. There were 3 weddings there that day but it was actuality nice and quiet.

Stayed here two nights to attend a wedding being held at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, banquet facilities are decent and the bar and restaurant were good. I used the pool and sauna and they were both clean and added a nice reprieve. My room was rather disappointing though. If the heater wasn’t going steady, the room became cold instantly. The carpet was grungy and needs to be changed out. Flimsy comforter on the bed (had to ask for an extra blanket. The bathroom was clean but the tub and shower were subpar. And no coffee maker in the room. Free coffee is available at the front lobby but c’mon Best Western, get with the times!

Don't eat there. The hotel is nice, but the food wasn't worth it.

No stars isn't an option. Overpriced. At $300, I expect a much higher standard. Staff said no refunds or compromises could be made since booked through expedia. Swarms of bugs at the entrance and hallways. Paper-thin towels. No coffee in the room. No breakfast. (Although the thoughtful staff did provide one in the dining room, where the staff was amazing). Virtually unfunctioning TV. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH EXPEDIA

Very happy with my stay.

Short drive to waterfront. Italian restaurant on site.

Great hot tub with the strongest jets great for stuff muscles. Kind of far from town. Very well priced food in the restaurant which was very good. Pleasant staff.

Sheet rock in bathroom ceiling was falling off and filled the bath tub with debris. We had to pack and go to different room. Slightly better. AC sounded like 747 taking off.

Bed was decent, had breakfast at the restaurant, it was good.

Will do in a pinch. Stayed there twice now. Just not crazy about the rooms.

Could have more options for food.
