Enjoyed our stay.

The room was very nice. (Room 318) Just a little warning. Don`t know if it's a regular thing but there was a beer delivery at 7am Friday morning and it went on for about 30 mins just below our room. It didn't bother us as we are early risers but I could see it would annoy some people. The staff were very nice and we've no bad things to say about the hotel in general. We will stay there again in the future. If your determined to go looking for faults you'll find them, as with anywhere you go.

Greeting on arrival was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. First morning breakfast was poor not much choice or much left when we went. Different experience next morning more better. Only gripe not much off fruit selection. But otherwise ok

I can’t rate this property because my daughter was moved because the room she had been allocated had a flood and she was moved to another hotel. We were assured the sister hotel had the same facilities (i.e spa and pool) but that was not the case. They had to spend time moving their luggage between hotels and whilst the reception team the new hotel were great this was far from ideal for her special weekend away got the rugby. We were also noted of the issue at 4pm on the day of check in.

Bra storlek på rummet, bra med tillgång till spa etc men både väggar och tak var i väldigt dåligt skick. Kändes äckligt i omklädningsrummen vid gym och bad. Receptionen och miljön på hotellet var extremt tråkig och ful med skräp i hörnen. Frukosten var den värsta i varit på. Bra förbindelser med buss till och från staden.

Room phone was out of order, mugs were damaged, couldn’t use gym or other facilities as they closed it earlier. This hotel needs improvement in terms of facilities and house keeping. Made complain twice but no action.

Good location for Edinburgh, not the cleaniest of hotels, bedrooms quite dated yet comfortable. Staff not the kindest and helpful as other hotels. Bar/ food needs more training and knowledge

Larger room and more facilities than expected. Good cleanliness and free facilities like Gym, Sauna etc. Negative experience is the room allocated was next to lift and the lift exhaust fan was very laud. Tried to call reception many times but no one picked up phone.

Breakfast 10/10 and waitress very friendly.

Excellent service, but a small suggestion, would have been nice if therewas lift for underground floor as well

Room clean but overheated and no visible controls for temperature. Very nice decor, good amenities, very helpful staff, nice food.

Albergo davvero molto lontano dal centro. Il bagno si allagava ad ogni doccia in quanto il box doccia era troppo vecchio. Personale molto molto disponibile
