Exceptional customer service from everyone incountered that is impressive. Hotel is a bit dated but in very good condition with nice beach club. Only knocks are its a bit far from main attractions (30min walk to casino and 60min to Palace) and other restaurants

Classy and classic. The best hotel in Monaco. The location is romantic and the view is excellent. Although it is a bit out of Monte Carlo center, it will not be a problem since they have a shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes.

My stay here was utterly perfect and not a thing could be faulted - I was only sad not to stay longer! Absolutely somewhere to revisit.

1泊しかしていませんが、施設と景色は美しく、受付の対応も良く、何より専用のビーチとプールがある最高のホテルでした。カジノ等中心地からは離れた場所にありますが、系列のエルミタージュ、オテル・ド・パリとのシャトルバスも運行しており、ここをメインにしつつモンテカルロ観光をすることも可能だと思います。ただ敷地内に蜂が多く、部屋のバルコニーや夕食中も何度も近くまで飛んで来て、この点を何とか対応して貰えればより良いと思います。

호텔 레스토랑의 음식이 정말 맛있고 뷰가 아주 좋습니다. 주요 관광지 까지 가는 셔틀이 있기는 한데 오후 5시반까지만 다녀서 저녁에 돌아올떄 좀 불편함이 있습니다.
