Says a 5star. Didn’t feel like a 5star, more like a 4star. My bathroom didn’t have a shower. And one day housekeeping didn’t tidy up my room 100%; they made the bed and took out trash, but forgot new towels, forgot to put away iron board and iron. Water is steamy hot so be careful. The gym is approx 3 blocks away and not on site which I didn’t like at all. No real dining restaurants in the hotel, lots nearby though. Would I stay here again? Probably not? 4 out of 5

Dimitri was super helpful and nice! Hotel is beautiful! Only drawback was the shower. Great tub which we enjoyed, but showering with handheld was awkward. Highly recommend this hotel!

명성에 맞게 디자인 및 객실 구성이 알차고, 주변 교통 및 환경이 쾌적함. 직원들도 친절하고, 지인에게 추천은 물론 다음 여행에도 사용하고 싶음. 개인적으로는 욕실이 상당히 고급스러웠으며, 욕조가 있고 수압도 좋았음.

The staff was very attentive! The property is beautiful, clean, luxurious and we can’t wait to come back.

Great hotel only pb is housekeeping not always done in the morning so if you’re coming back for a mid day rest your room At not have been done to really have to explicitly ask for it

Loved it, had a suite which is really large, staff very nice and effective, you can park in their private parking which is a must for that area so all good will come back

Comfortable! The rooms are really pleasantly big! Friendly welcome by all the staff. I’d stay here again for my next business trip.

Prima. Het douchen in bad is minder.

Habitación limpia pero con muebles antiguos y desgastados. La bañera ha visto mejores días, y deberían tener una ducha a parte. El lavabo, separado del resto del baño, no tiene pica, por lo que tienes que esperar para lavarte las manos si hay alguien duchandose. Una de las lámparas parpadeaba. Los recepcionistas muy amables, y el sitio es acogedor y está más o menos cerca de la torre Eiffel. Pero no parece un hotel de 5 estrellas, más bien de 3.

Room was very nice, but there are no real amenities, and their restaurant has been shut down, nice hotel, but definitely not a 5 star

Great and spacious rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful. I was going to meet a business partner in the lounge. Due to work in the area, the manager offered to provide a meeting room and coffee and tea on top!! Great hospitality. Quiet spot as well. Only comment: If you want guests to keep towels, please add a heater in the bathrooms, no one will be using wet towels from one day to the other, ;). Other than this all good!

Dejligt hotel med venligt personale. Nem parkering i kælderen. Morgenmaden er desværre a la carte og meget begrænset udvalg. Vi have betalt for morgenmad på forhånd men blev alligevel præsenteret for ekstra tilvalg (ekstra pris) på menu kortet - vi havde 3 overnatningen men den sidste dag gik vi ned i byen og købte morgenmad istedet. Et 5 stjernet hotel skal kunne gøre morgenmaden til en bedre oplevelse.

I love this small boutique hotel. But their restaurant is closed and they offer breakfast in the foyer. But my suggestion is to go next door to the supermarket and buy some breakfast items. My fresh fruit platter was 5 grapes and 3 parts mandarin for €9. A small yoghurt cup for €4. See pictures. Not a 5-star hotel worthy.

I would have given it 3 stars at most. The hotel was very noisy, and there were several issues during my stay. The toilet didn’t work properly, and the hot water kept changing temperature suddenly. I even burned my skin once. Housekeeping also let me into the wrong room without checking if it was mine, which was unacceptable. Overall, not worth the 5-star rating. I would not recommend this place.
