Lovely hotel with excellent staff

Das Restaurantpersonal ist bezaubernd.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of town, a 4 minute walk to the lift station. The rooms are spacious and beds super comfortable. The decor and cleanliness throughout is impressive. Delicious breakfast and dinner.

Alpenhaus Kaprun is a fabulous hotel - great location for ski lifts and shops, very comfortable and spacious rooms, really great food (we were half board) and super friendly and accommodating staff. If we come back to Kaprun in winter (or summer) we will certainly stay here again. Huge thanks to the whole team at Alpenhaus.

Dinner was very delicious. Good location to access to sightseeing places, also from the station. Spa was also good.

Rundreise in Oesterreich. Das Alpenhaus Kaprun ist uns schon von einigen Auftenthalten bekannt. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier hin. Es stimmt einfach alles.

Zeker aan de raden accomodatie. Buffet en ontbijt zijn heel goed. Enige “ nadeel “ is de verouderde badkamer

The hotel as suck with great spa together with fantastic breakfast & dinner made our stay perfect.

Keinen Tee erhältlich am Frühstücksbuffet, kann nur persönlich am Tisch geordert werden.

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Kaprun unweit der Talstation zum Maiskogel. Hervorragendes Essen. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich.

Szép, kiváló elhelyezkedésű hotel, kényelmes szobával. Tiszta, új wellness, nagyon finom ételek és figyelmes kiszolgálás az étteremben. Esetleg a reggeli lehetne változatosabb, csak 1-2 étel cserélődött.

Alles bestens, super essen super Service

Alles Ok, aber bis auf kleinere Dinge. Die Zimmer zur Strasse habe Lärm (Ortsmitte). Im Restaurant treten auch vollverschleierte Frauen auf, obwohl auf "ordentliche Kleidung" hingewiesen wird. Mir ist zwar klar, dass viele Araber Urlaub im Raum Zell am See machen, aber die Kleidervorschriften sollte man beachten. Zimmer hat zu wenig Licht zum Lesen.

Das Hotel ist zentral und dem Örtchen Kaprun gelegen. Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal super zuvorkommend. Ein paar Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wird Stück für Stück alles erneuert. Die Einfahrt in das Parkhaus ist a bisserl eng. Das Essen ist die Qualität von einem Sternekoch. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍

I was given the worst room in the When I asked them to change my room, they excused themselves by saying that the hotel was fully booked and that I had another room for another guest. This is disgusting discrimination. I will not repeat the experience. They ruined my vacation.
