only issue I found was that the shower temp fluctuated at times.... no fan in the toilet room

Imponerende frokost, hyggelig personale og fint oppussede rom. Fint med heis, men noe ventetid om morgenen. Frokostrommet hadde trapper mellom koldtbordet og sittebordene. Også grei adkomst til parkeringshus når man først fant ut av det, også trapper der.

Chambre très mal insonorisée côté de l'ascenseur donc bruyante alors que l'hotel n'était pas plein - tâches de défraichis et moisissures dans la SDB - très bon petit déjeuner cela dit

Nicely situated hotel with a friendly and helpful staff.

La chambre était plutôt petite, et aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. L’hôtel a je pense des soucis d’évacuation car une odeur très forte d’humidité était présente.

Le personnel était très agréable et l’hôtel idéalement bien situé

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour un court séjour a Avignon. Le ménage est fait chaque jour mais nous l'avons trouvé sommaire: des tasses mises a disposition pas nettoyées, l'aspirateur pas passé. Un point dommage c,est l'absence d'un lit double dans la suite familial (2 lit simple collés). La fontaine à eau dans les couloirs est appréciable. L'hôtel était très calme au mois de janvier.

Le personnel est accueillant et souriant, ce qui rend le séjour agréable. En revanche, l’hôtel est un peu vieillissant, notamment la chambre 604. On remarque des traces sur les murs et sur la porte des WC. De plus, le lavabo de la salle d’eau était bouché. Un rafraîchissement des chambres et une meilleure attention à l’entretien seraient appréciables.

The room was clean, the front desk service staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the welcome fruit & muffin plate that was offered in my room!

Hôtel correct quoique un peu vieillot. L’établissement pratique, visiblement, l’écologie punitive avec un chauffage bloqué à 19 degrés et qu’elle revendique. Personnellement, c’est insuffisant.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre honteux pour un 3 étoiles

Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was excellent too. But, it is necessary to inform the guests that it is not easy to bring the luggage to the hotel individually. in my case, police officers gladly helped me to drive to the hotel.

The friendliest staff! Nothing is too much, and they are just marvellous. Bed: good bed, linen etc as at Mercure - the room looks as though it may be halfway through refurb Bath: good strong rain shower, separate toilet in a v small room which was unusual Breakfast: good continental range
