Beautiful hotel and great customer service

Lovely hotel, Simon on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Room was really nice and clean and had everything we needed. Nice to be close walking to town but not right in it.

We had a wonderful stay at The Alex Hotel. Check-in was smooth, with extremely pleasant and helpful staff who went out of their way to prepare our room early so we could check in around midday. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the layout of the bathroom and shower, which was excellent. Check-out was just as easy, and again the staff were incredibly helpful, even organising a taxi for us. We will definitely be staying here again on future visits to Dublin. Highly recommended!

The Alex was a great place to stay! The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make you happy. We ate in the restaurant a few times when we were too tired to go out and the food was amazing. I would recommend to friends and I would stay here again.

The Alex is great, clean and comfortable. Questionable part of town with shady people on the street. No valet and a car park two blocks away. No bellman service.

Great location. Clean hotel with great staff. Bedroom are very spacious and comfortable. Hotel very sterile with basic facilities. TV in room didn’t work. Issue with sockets so had to reset fuse board myself every time they stopped working. No bath robes provided. Breakfast was average. Buffet style only. Wouldn’t return

Great lia ton with some fab pubs in the area and lots of little coffee shops. Lovely rooms, decent size and the beds were really generous and comfy!

This establishment was incredible. The staff were incredibly friendly and the accommodations were top notch. The breakfast was also great!

Vacation trip to Ireland with a stop in Dublin.

This is a fantastic property in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood, guaranteed to deliver a great night’s sleep. The beds and linens are top-notch, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Simon at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is excellent and well worth the cost. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Grafton Street and an easy stroll to everything in central Dublin. Definitely put this one on your short list!

Sadly short trip, early departure but great condition and location

Simon at the front desk was awesome. He answers all our questions and his suggestions for eating and drinking were outstanding. We even got an upgrade for free! Would easily stay there again.

Staff were above and beyond, room was better than advertised, coffee and breakfast were lovely, this is a great spot for seeing Dublin!!
