Great location. Comfy beds and new linens, but the rest of the space could use some freshening up. At check-in we were unexpectedly upgraded to suite which we didn't realize until we enter the room. This was at an additional cost. We didn't complain, but others should be aware that this may happen.

Dated property but clean. Upon check in was not told where any of the hotel amenities were or told that there was coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Check in was so smooth, room was above and beyond, a great experience with a great deal

My relaxing weekend away was definitely elevated with the friendly staff and quiet atmosphere, close to downtown you can walk but far enough away from the noise. Absolutely recommend

Front desk staff are excellent

Excellent customer service and wonderfully located close to all downtown Victoria has to offer. Hotel is a bit dated in appearance but immaculately clean and well kept.

The overall quality seems to be declining compared to previous stays

What a wonderful place Royal Scot Hotel to stay! The suite structure is lovely, with the separation of the bedroom from the living room and kitchen. And honestly, the hotel is located in the most famous downtown area of Victoria, yet it’s still nicely quiet 😉

Property had nice shrubs out front

Great service, very clean room.

The surrounding area is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside to the experience is the requirement to pay for parking.

Near downtown and museum

My family had a great stay at the Royal Scot Hotel & Suites. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from Victoria’s Inner Harbour, museums, and other main attractions. I stayed in one of the suites, and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We'd definitely consider staying here again next time we're in Victoria!
