Alles war gut !!

Excellent position- right on the sea promenade- tons of restaurants and gelatos! Sea view room was fantastic! We stayed at the 12th floor - superb view. Bathroom could need a bit of update. Absolutely professional and friendly staff! The hotel upgraded us to breakfast included and it was very good! Great selection of food, sweets, coffee/theas

Very noisy due trafic and the AC doesn’t work properly First night I didn’t sleep Second night they repaired the AC air conditioner which is acceptable but is old AC

Super friendly staff! Decent sized room and comfortable bed. Great city location and view of water! Only down side was there was no conditioner and poor quality shampoo… bring your own!

We had an excellent room with a perfect view of the bay!

Hotellet var en arbetsplats, 1 av 3 hissar fungerade. Högljutt betongarbete startade 07:00 till 20:00. Stora byggkranar framför huset

Positive: The hotel itself lovely and clean. The housekeepers are lovely, polite and helpful. Now the negatives. If i had known the hotel was a building site i wouldn't have stayed there. The building works starts at 7.15am through to the evening. The nearby outside pool and private beach are not nearby. The hotel lacks information boards re the dining facilities, prices, opening times. The spa facilities are poorly signposted. The stairs to the spa section always have wet floor signs and a towel on the steps, this is a trip hazard for people with mobility issues.

フロントスタッフは親切で対応が早い。部屋も広くて良いがバス、コーヒーカップの掃除がされてなかった。初日には、バスのキャップが壊れていてお湯が溜められなかった。部屋にリーフレットがなく、エアコンの使い方が分からなかったなど、四つ星ホテルとは評価しがたいと思った。

Great hotel. Nice views of the sea. Lots of construction around so it can be loud early during the week

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. When we made the booking, there was no mention whatsoever that the property is currently a construction site. This lack of disclosure is unacceptable, especially given the premium price we paid for what was meant to be a relaxing, high-quality experience. Instead of the peaceful sea view stay we expected, we were met with constant noise, dust, and disruption. Construction work often began as early as 7:00 AM, making it impossible to rest or enjoy our time. The overall environment was noisy, messy, and far from what was advertised. To make matters worse, we paid extra for a sea view room, yet the experience was entirely overshadowed by the construction activity. When we raised our concerns with the reception, we were met with no sympathy or support, which only added to our frustration. Given the misleading nature of the listing, the level of disturbance, and the lack of customer care, we are requesting a full refund for this stay. We would not have booked this hotel had we known the actual conditions. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer wurde täglich gemacht, auch ohne das wir was sagen mussten. Vor allem hatten wir ein Zimmer weit oben mit Meerblick, einfach nur herrlich. Neben dem Hotel waren Baustellen, jefoch war es nicht laut. Wir hatten noch Frühstück gebucht und der war sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Hotel Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Dank geht an das Hotelteam.

Staff were wonderful. Breakfast and evening buffets plentiful and with great variety. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very much enjoyed the hotel, once again, after our last trip 8 years ago. One lift was out of service the whole time, though, which sometimes caused difficulties. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was good and our room was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, but there is a lot of building work going on outside the hotel and this didn't always feel very safe.

Staff really helpful and even a welcome drink .only thing is ...there is construction work nearby so we couldnt really make use of our balcony.

thoroughly enjoyed this hotel - was situated fabulously to experience all the possibilities of Malta

Für einen Kurztrip ohne Verpflegung im Hotel empfinde ich das Hotel ganz okey. Über das Essen kann ich dementsprechend keine Meinung abgeben. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und es war sehr warm im Zimmer, daher hatte ich die Balkontüre über Nacht immer offen.

Check in great and efficient. Room for first bight great except for big threatening german shepherd dog on adjacent balcony. Asked for room change due to fear of dog, unable to accommodate and fairly off hand dity manager came across as dismissive of my fears and concerns. Room changed progressed following afternoon. Reat of stay fine. Building under renovation and therefore noisy (cannot be helped), bathroom cleaning needs improvement. Great location, views and most staff delightful

Staff were very good. Put full effort in… but impossible to overcome the construction ongoing across the entire hotel. Shame we were not advised until check-in. When done it will be nice - and our room was spacious & well appointed - but the noise starts at 7am and resonates to all rooms.

Stökigt i receptionen med personal som mer ägnade sig åt varandra än gästerna. De försökte ta betalt dubbel skatt. Fick även veta när vi checkade in att de höll på att byta ut ena hissen och den andra var trasig så både gäster och personal fick använda sig av servicehissen. Den hissen tog max 4 personer i taget så kön till hissen blev ju lång hela tiden. Som kompensation fick vi var sin drink i rooftop baren...När vi väl kom dit upp var bartender väldigt trevlig och gav oss drinkar som inte stod med på drinklistan. Fin utsikt från rooftopterrassen. Annars var det mest byggarbeten runt om hela hotellet. De började tidigt på morgonen. Någon borrade på kvällen. Brandlarmet gick 3 gånger, vi väcktes på kvällen samt på morgonen. Väldigt lyhört. Det skulle ingå en gratis flaska vin men det fick vi ingen och vi orkade inte säga till och behöva stå i hisskön igen. Dammigt, inte rent på golvet. Väldigt dålig AC, verkade inte ge någon kyla alls. Kylskåpet fungerade dåligt, ingen kyla här heller. Vi hade ingen frukost som ingick och det var lika bra det kände vi.
