Location! Location!! the only good thing of this hotel. The AC is horrible and we could not sleep because it was hot. The room is very small and the bed is not even queen bed. The AC is the same for the hotel and can't be lower in your room.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. Difficult to find given the location and small streets. Parking is 2 minutes walking distance. Facilities are not new but well maintained

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado desde ahi se puede uno trasladar con facilidad a todas partes andando en minutos y el personal te brinda una excelente atencion.

The staff was great, breakfast was amazing. Convenient place whitin walking distance from shopping tourism spots, very centric.

Excellent location just by Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. Metro station less than one block away. The premises, its view and amenities were top level as well.

Ótima localização. Estrutura de pequeno hotel, com necessidade de modernizar alguns serviços. Infelizmente, não há acesso para veículos ao local, o que é restritivo a quem tem dificuldade de locomoção ou carrega maior quantidade de bagagem. O táxi deixa em rua próxima e o hóspede tem que caminhar até o hotel, o que não é esclarecido na reserva.
