My husband was asked at checking if he wanted room service. He said no. That was a mistake. Just putting the placard on the door isn’t enough. You have to tell the front desk.

soft buzzing noise when we got there thought was an a/c at midnight crazy loud buzzing slept with my head under the pillow. Reported it in the morning they didn't seem concerned. They must know about it

My check in experience was quick and informative. They served breakfast from 6am to 9am. My room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

Our stay was due to attending a family funeral, overall we had everything needed. The heated pool was a good form of entertainment for the little ones. Comfort for all

I only was using the hotel for an emergent family matter. Coming in from PA. Very comfortable settings. Loved the hot tub, helped me relax before bed!

Stayed here to visit Yosemite. Was perfect would stay again.

The room was nice, had a 2 queen bed with a sofa bed. The hotel itself is dated. The pool is not heated and the hot tub was luke warm at best without working jets and frankly dirty. Breakfast was limited and out of items even though we got there just after it opened

Definitely a no frills hotel. One of the more run-down Best Westerns I’ve come across. Has an indoor pool & jacuzzi. Pool is not heated, just protected from the elements. Beds were extremely hard and both my spouse and I came home in pain. One bed had a large stain. Pillows were comfortable though. Easy food options with Javis in the same parking lot, and multiple fast food joints within walking distance.

Friendly staff and great location. Jacuzzi tub was great in the room!

Very comfortable beds and lots of space in the room with a separate couch area. Definitely a plus that light breakfast is included and so it’s the parking.

Every thing was clean. It looked like it had been recently redecorated. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and tasty.
