Parfait, merci

We booked an apartment room which turned out to be an entire one bedroom apartment in a building along the road from the hotel. Accordingly other than for check in and departure we never went into the hotel beyond reception. The apartment was large and comfortable and well appointed with a tiny balcony with a side sea view. There was a decent sized proper fridge (n freezer section). Kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave and 2 ring hob. It was well equipped with crockery, glasses pots and pans etc for basic food preparation. The shower was good and there were towels for 4 people Personally I think the apartment much better suited to a couple than using the sofa bed for more. Entry was by key code from the front door on the seafront. It was well situated and very close to the lovely beach. Choice of restaurants in the vicinity There was a useful little supermarket a few metres away. BUT there is a huge building site right opposite the room. A new apartment block is being constructed. There was no issue on Saturday or Sunday but work started at 7:38 on Monday morning. It was noisy and intrusive and you wouldn’t want to be in the room or on the balcony while they were working Good for a weekend stay only

Hôtel très bien situé à 1mn de la plage et des restaurants. A 5mn du chemin des douaniers. Le personnel est très attentionné. Bonnes prestations et bon petit déjeuner.

Nous avions réservé un appartement, mais il s'est avéré qu'il était situé dans un bâtiment distinct de l'hôtel principal. Dans ce contexte, il pourrait être plus avantageux d'opter pour une réservation d'appartementclassique, qui offrirait un coût potentiellement inférieur, d'autant plus que l'accès au spa n'est pas inclus dans le tarif de la nuitée. Concernant notre arrivée, le personnel de réception de nuit a fait preuve d'un niveau de courtoisie que nous avons jugé insuffisant. Néanmoins, nous tenons à souligner l'excellent accueil que nous avons reçu le lendemain de la part du personnel de jour, qui s'est montré très agréable. L'appartement, quant à lui, était impeccable et décoré avec goût. Nous regrettons que ces désagréments aient terni notre expérience.

Superbe accueil, un personnel au top ! Le spa nous a bien détendu, encore merci au personnel de l'acceuil mais aussi pour leur discrétion sur une surprise que j'ai faite à ma femme. On a pu croiser les femmes de ménage, souriantes et drôles... on sent une bonne ambiance dans cet établissement.

Déception. Seule qualité la literie. Décoration triste. La musique d’ascenseur dans la salle du petit déjeuner !!! Impossible de se garer. Rajouter 18 euros de parking par jour. Personnel agréable.

Tres bien prêt de la la plage et restaurants. Dommages que le bruit de la construction est gâché notre repos du matin.
