Was very uncomfortable beds and no elevators

Staff very friendly.

I was exactly what I required for a short stay

The room itself appeared clean (that's at least what I am trying to convince myself). The hotel itself was run down, either unclean or stinking of chemicals depending where you were. There was trash outiside all around the building. The worst thing was the smell. At ALL TIME day or night the corridors stink of cigarettes and/or weed. To the point we had to cover our faces to walk around. Breakfast was ok if you just want a quick piece of toast. They had a waffle maker which the kids seem to find fun. The area is also not great, doesnt feel very safe to be honest. And not a lot of palces to eat out. This was a stop to break down our journey in 2 parts. Had I known I would have just driven longer to our destination. The front desk people were polite and friendly enough, so I am sorry for them, but I can't recommand.

Typical super 8 experience not bad for price an location

It’s an older hotel, which is fine. Night stand was covered in stains that were there when I arrived, there was something that had been spilled on the floor also prior to my arrival. No little water pressure in the shower made it difficult to have a decent shower. Staff were the only redeeming factor for this property. Very friendly when I checked in and as I left.

It was not a very pleasant stay. The hotel is outdated and the smell was really bad.

Smell of smoke inside room very annoying

Check in was easy. Room was as described and the staff was very friendly.

I’ve stayed in several Super 8s. This one was in the worst condition by far. Hot and cold were backwards the sink. Sink was cracked, mirror was cracked. No chair at the desk. Lamp were very dull and dim. Even the door had to be pushed closed in order to latch. Staff were very kind and friendly.

The room was so dirty, leaking ceiling, it didn’t smell good at all. They moved me to better room after I complained .

The staff were friendly, polite and professional.

Very very out dated. Toilet in the room would not shut off and then would not fill the bowl up. Sink tap was broken and would spray out the side while operating. Outside second floor door would remain open all night causing the second floor to be super cold.

Since is winter, rooms should have a mat to clean your shoes before walking in

I do not recommend this place to anyone visiting Toronto, dirty, smelly, unclean bed and sheets, rumours of bed bugs, overall seems like a very sketchy place. Again, i do not recommend

Overall, the experience was not too bad, except for the fact that our room (116) was right in front of the ice machine. People would come to get ice at 2 a.m., waking us up. Management should find a solution to ensure guests staying in rooms 114, 115, and 116 are not disturbed. Additionally, we requested a late check-out at 12 p.m., and the front desk said they would leave a note. However, room service came just after 11 a.m., knocked twice, and then entered the room, invading our privacy.

The room was okay a bit noisy with children playing and people talking loud in the hallway

Great staff! Clean rooms no bugs. Conveniently located.
