Beautiful and tranquil get away nestled in the Carmel Valley. Delicious restaurant on property (Lucia) and wonderful homegrown wine (Bernardus label - the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir are delicious). Close to Carmel-by-the-Sea and everything good!

We were visiting here for our 35th wedding anniversary. We have been coming up every year for our anniversary and at least one other time a year for the past decade. This time was a little different as we didn’t receive our bottle of wine which was a little disappointing (I guess I’m spoiled because we have received one each anniversary), but the facilities and spa were amazing. The staff at the spa, restaurant and valet were beyond wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Beautiful property. Quiet and serene. Our room was well appointed. The included snacks and wine were a nice touch. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Bernardus resort is absolutely worth 10 stars from the valet, front desk, housekeeping, spa and 5 star dining we loved every moment and even stayed an extra night!!
